I’m genuinely sorry about the issues you experienced with the ordering process. Waiting a long time for deliveries is frustrating enough, but having orders arrive incomplete or with the wrong items is even more disappointing. When you’re expecting a full order and open the parcel to find items missing or incorrect, that’s understandably frustrating and it’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

If you could please send us an email with your order details, we’d really appreciate the chance to review what happened with those incomplete or incorrect orders so we can look into it properly and make it right.

We clearly need to do better on fulfilment accuracy, communication, and making subscriptions easier to manage. Your feedback is valid and it’s something we are actively working to improve.

I’m really sorry to read about your experience. Waiting that long without a proper update after placing your order in January would be incredibly frustrating, especially after reaching out and being told it would be escalated. You shouldn’t have been left without clear communication.

International orders can sometimes take longer to process and ship, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of follow up. That’s on us and I completely understand why this has been disappointing.
