I appreciated the consistent communication. Hannah has been incredible at making things happen & pushing things through for me. She was extremely helpful in meeting me at my apartment to give me my keys, as I flew in & had a chaotic travel. I would vouch for her again.
I do think the Urbanbubble’s is not up to date with current building items such as trash room change. I feel the set up for utilities & more could have been more smoother. The hot water was not explained & gave me any issues at the beginning. I would suggest for next time a better walk through

Dora
I had a really positive experience renting through Urbanbubble in Manchester. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Our agent Dora was especially helpful throughout. She was responsive, patient, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions or needed support.
Our situation was slightly complicated because one of us had student status, and many agencies were reluctant to proceed or simply declined to help. Dora took the time to communicate with the landlord and worked hard to help us get through the referencing process. Her effort made a real difference for us.
Overall, the team was responsible, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Urbanbubble to anyone looking to rent in Manchester, and I’m very grateful to Dora for her help during the whole process.
