Scam company based out of India. High-pressure sales tactics pushed me into buying their low-quality shilajit after I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask for more information. Not once during the process did they mention import duties or any additional fees.

The order was held at customs, and I was told I had to pay extra and fill out complicated forms. I contacted the company, explained that I had never been informed of these charges, and said I wanted to refuse the item and get a refund. They shut me down and said they couldn’t refund me or help in any way.

Luckily, I’m protected by UK consumer law and Visa. But it just shows the kind of company they are. You want your shilajit to come from a source with integrity and good energy — so avoid these spammers from India at all costs.

Hi i still did not recieve any confirmation and i did payment on the 5th march already and i was told was going to get confirmation today i emailed and watsapp no response .
