Issue with next day delivery
Issue with next day delivery. Emailed via their form and also called them. No replies from online forms. In a telephone call the colleague was very understanding and helpful. He said he would speak to managers and get back to me. He never did. I emailed again via form. Again no reply nearly one week on.
Ordering and the quality of product along with actually speaking with someone was good and would be 5 star. However contact after the sale has let the process down. What good is an online enquiry form, if no one answers.
An update, this morning I was contacted by Cameron at Union Mart and the issue was quickly resolved.
I judge a service on how they respond to mistakes and service delivery. As above I would have given 5 stars for order purchase product. I now would like to update to 5 stars for all parts of the service given the quick response and how they dealt with my issue. Thanks Cameron, thanks Union Mart.

Have had Wilks TX850 since last…
Have had Wilks TX850 since last September only used a few times has fallen to bits. On 1st outing wheels buckled, repaired them ourselves. Since brining the machine out for Spring the petrol tank has repeatedly come loose, the exhaust keeps falling off and the pressure adjuster blew off, which could cause major injury with the force of the blast. Union Mart unhelpful would like a refund but they have uplifted for repair or replace. Machine is not fit for purpose . Have contacted consumer advice and have referred to trading standards. AVOID at all costs

Great jet wash and a great find, and so powerful and yet so compact.
This jet-wash by Norse SK90, genuinely is the best jet-wash I have ever owned. By comparison, my old jet-washes were so tiring and awkward to setup, and the thick hose on these old jet-washes, although long, were made of material that was so stiff, that it felt as if I was trying to untangle a long metal pipe.
Then by sheer luck found this one by Norse, SK90, 1900PSI, 131BAR, 1800W, packed with power, and half the size of the bulky heavy jet-wash products.
This NORSE SK90 has many extra features, the one I so like is the fact that you don't have to use an annoying long hose to a tap, (which adds to more tangling between cables and pipes and hoses), as supplied with the Norse is 10 feet of hose which can go into a bucket next to you filled with water, and this will last ages. (You do have the simple option to attach the NORSE to a normal water outlet,
but the method of using a bucket is so much easier, and much less frustration trying to the jet-wash with long cables long hoses.
The actual main jet-wash hose with the attachments is made of a softer material, just as strong, so no annoying 'trying to untangle' thick non bendy main hoses. The range of items included with this is amazing, including two brushes (one is rotary), and lots of great attachments for different types of spray. This item really is worth the extra few pounds compared to the old systems, and still very very very affordable, and thank you so much to Union Mart Ltd who have sent me an extra part for this Norsk SK90 Jet Washer.

Issue resolved after complaining
Bought wilks rx545 jet washer from union mart in feb 2021. Have used it only 3 times due to ill health. When came to use it in March, the gun was spurting water. Contacted union mart, they said that they don’t have replacement guns at present, but to buy a (their recommended) replacement and they would refund. An email was then sent with details of the recommendation however they changed their view and said that they wouldn’t pay for a replacement (out of guarantee .. fair enough).
Ordered recommended replacement (all the way from Slovakia), but doesn’t fit .. contacted union mart who basically said there’s nothing they can do, and they still don’t know when replacement guns will be in. Contacted their complaints department by email, but they haven’t had the courtesy to reply or suggest a way forward.
Steer clear of these as they can’t fulfil aftercare obligations and give incorrect advice.
I have now had to research and source a coupler at further cost, otherwise I’m left with a useless jet washer.
Update: 19/4
Cameron from union mart reached out and explained that emails haven’t been getting through properly. He apologised and refunded the cost of the coupler along with a gogw which was most appreciated. Rating updated to reflect outcome.

I bought a Wilks R525X pressure washer…
I bought a Wilks R525X pressure washer through Amazon two years ago via there Amazon Shop.
During this time it has failed twice and been sent back for repair.
The gun has now broken and they have no parts.
Do not but a Wilks Pressure Washer as they are very poor quality.
