No happy received my petrol washer but the handle frame is made with a bent arm on the right side it leaning to the right unfortunately not happy with the 500.00 that I spent on this and I have emailed the sellers with no response as yet

Norse SK155 pressure washer
I purchased a Norse SK155 from this company and according to the literature it is a 24 month warranty, no where does it say anything about beyond a 30 day back to base warranty, the pressure washer is now just over a year old, it hasn't had much use and was stored away for the winter months. Roll forward to June 2023 and I used it for 10 minutes and all is fine as you would expect for a machine that's had maybe 3 hours of work since receiving it. Then all of a sudden water starts pouring out of the centre of the machine, even when the machine is switched off.
I contacted Union mart and they did respond promptly, but their solution is me to send the 30KG pressure washer at my expense to them and it could be more than 5 weeks before it gets repaired, not what you expect when you pay £200 for a pressure washer.
Don't know why its a 5 week turnaround from them receiving it. Also I am now expected to find and buy suitable packaging materials for a device that is clearly faulty, more expense!!!
Would I recommend this company - not the way they treat their customers, I am an engineer myself and my company would not treat customers this way. The device is under its 24 month warranty, I would expect a replacement machine and for them to arrange collection of the faulty machine. I think that's reasonable.

System Error cost me money ?
Despite my receiving confirmation it was en route - they missed off part of my order - when I called to query it - fair enough - it was sent out next day (I called Friday and received Monday) - but no offer of any goodwill - just an acknowledgement that there had been a 'system issue'.
As my customer had booked labour to operate both machines at the weekend - I had to offer him a discount - so ended up costing me money ?
Following the posting of this review - I was contacted by Union Mart - who have made an offer of goodwill - which I have accepted - so will use again.

I bought a Wilks petrol pressure…
I bought a Wilks petrol pressure washer, used which arrived with no instructions. A screw was missing from the exhaust housing , machine was in worse condition than the pictures indicated on their website. It Wouldn’t start after following instructions and kept cutting out, i contacted union, Mart, who told to me to fill up the oil right to the middle of the threads, which wasn’t in the actual installation instructions which I managed to find online eventually . Although this worked I have not been able to get in contact with thrm ever since to put my issues across and get answers to my questions because it is extremely noisy and I’m not happy and feel they left. No guarantees with the sale either..

This has been investigated and we have found that the auctioned listing has all the correct information about the unit regarding it's condition, the only problem was that it was stated the manual was present which you haven't received so we can only apologise for this.
I can confirm that the unit has a built in oil sensor and if the oil tank isn't filled to the threads then this will not activate to allow the unit to start but I am happy to see this has now been resolved for you.

Poor technical backup

I bought a Wilks pressure washer from them through Amazon which arrived quickly. The product quality was not good - not their fault, but their initial response was was bad.
I had to return the product at my own expense and their service guys quoted 5 weeks before they could look at it and at that point I asked for a refund which they refused. It was only when I posted a bad review here did their customer service kicked in and the matter was resolved.

All I bought was a hosepipe to pressure washer fitting. It was only £1.50 so I bought 2 except only one was sent. These things happen but I telephoned - call was answered quickly - none of that silly "above average call volumes" nonsense and Callum quickly promised to send out the missing connector and a spare as a good will gesture. They didn't need to do that. So I rate that as a 5star service. Thanks
