I have owned various business's for 40 + years and I have never received a level of after-care service that I thought was worthy of spending the time to leave a good review.
I used Ultra LEDs bespoke service for the first time last year, during which my electricians had problems that required some assistance. They spoke to Ultra LEDs Technical Department and on this occasion it was Tom who said he'll have to re-create the problem we were having before we could solve it and that he would get back to us. Not only did we hear back within the hour but Tom had created a video (with a careful explanation) detailing exactly what we had to do to solve the problem!
Excellent after-sales service and help! We will not go anywhere else now!

Quick and friendly to respond, quickly to replace the faulty controller and supply a power supply FOC.

Excellent service and product. I recently ordered a large LED neon flex for an outside garden project. The team provide advice on the best product, how to make the flex waterproof and fireproof and delivered the product very quickly. Highly recommended.

I’ve only used this company once to buy Syndeo Plug and Play “puck” down lights. Firstly, the lights themselves are brilliant. Incredibly easy to install and look great. Secondly, the service I got was faultless. I rang to check some details before buying and got good, clear and helpful advice. I ordered over the phone around late morning and was told I’d get next day delivery, which I was sceptical about but the courier driver nearly got me out of bed the next morning. I’ll use this company again and hope my next experience was as good as the first.

I placed a few orders with this company. One bigger. I had a very positive experience but check your quotations carefully especially if they are long. They made some mistakes but all were corrected - I would say human errors. The communication was mostly really good except for one time when I expected a refund for the returned item and they said that they missed my email but I was refunded in the end. What balances these mistakes is that they accepted my return after the allowed time for a return. They also provided technical advice and patiently were making any requested amendments to my quotation.

Best customer service out there. Hands down. I got a faulty neon tube, emailed them to ask for a replacement and received a reply within 2 hours with already all the information for a return and a new product on its way. Next day. Honestly best service in the Uk

Multiple emails sent for quotes. Even Matthew over chat asked me to forward emails again but none were ever responded to. I've checked Spam. I gave up chasing and chose another company. I've used them in the past so not sure why such poor service.

Excelent company to deal with.

Awful delivery service from FedEx, Paid £12.95 (other couriers £4-5 with 2h delivery slot) and took a day off from my work to receive the order. Delivery slot from 08:00-18:00, which century do we live in !? I won't buy again from this website, the "delivery cost" is too expensive.

Ordered 12x7 profile.paid next day delivery -no delivery for two days. finally got it
Ordered diffuser on 5/10/22 for the next day delivery
Now is Monday still not here.

TRIED TO SORT OUT AN ISSUE /FAULT WITH A CONTROLLER AND NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR CALL. AT A COST OF £40.00 - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Terrible. Was sent some lights with a naked cable so no way to connecting it to the adapter and into the power outlet. Been calling them for days being promised someone is to phone me back, starting to think it's a scam company? Don't waste your time or money on this they're impossible to get ahold of and are obviously not interested in solving the problem and having happy customers. Shambles!

Promised a pre 10am next day delivery after a previous mishap which meant delivery on the correct day hadn’t happened. Items had still not even been dispatched on the day they weee due to be delivered pre 10am! Exactly the same response as others regarding blaming FedEx! Do your self a favour and find an alternative, trustworthy supplier!

After waiting for 3-4 weeks with another company for LEDs, I placed an order with this company. LEDs were delivered the very next day!
This encouraged me to order another set and it was delivered again the next day. Reliable and honest company!
