I received absolutely outstanding customer service from Oliver at Ultra LEDs.
I contacted Ultra LEDs because I was planning a fairly complicated RGB+CCT LED lighting setup for my kitchen and needed help making sure I had the correct components and specifications. Oliver went above and beyond to help me.
He took the time to look at my measurements, calculate the requirements, recommend the correct driver and cabling, provide links to suitable products and answer numerous technical questions along the way.
Most importantly, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase.
He genuinely seemed interested in helping me understand the system and get the project right.
What really stood out was his patience. I had a lot of questions, and Oliver continued to respond with clear and helpful advice throughout. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.
I'm now planning another, more ambitious LED lighting project for my living room, and Oliver is the first person I want to speak to for advice.
A huge thank you to Oliver for all his time, patience and expertise. Exceptional service and thoroughly deserving of five stars.

Close to a hundred emails and phone…
Close to a hundred emails and phone calls over 2 years to resolve: 3 failed Syndeo LED strips/switches that each lasted less than a month with the lowest possible build quality, 2 missed refunds (taking 7 months) and 1 final mis-calculated refund. There wasn't a single thing they did right.

Fantastic experience with Ultra LEDs from start to finish.
I wasn’t completely sure what I needed for my project, but Katy was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, helped me choose all the correct products, and even assisted with specifying everything to make sure it would work perfectly together.
Her knowledge, patience and customer service were outstanding, and she made what could have been a confusing process incredibly straightforward.

But in my haste to order I ordered the 12v by mistake
sent an email that evening to sort my mistake
next morning all sorted posted out same day
The Targa power unit works perfect
no heat from unit at all unlike others I've used
also a 5year warranty
