ordered our slate and requested a delivery date all was going well until delivery date no stone got in touch with UK stone and they could not have been more helpful the lady in question Sally went above and beyond to see what had happened kept in touch throughout after waiting another no delivery this lovely lady went ahead and ordered another bag and put it through next day delivery and guess what that delivery arrived 9am next day as promised We are really pleased with the product and even more with the customer service from this company all I can say Sally you are a asset to the company We will not hesitate to place any other future orders with this company customer service at its very best
