I bought a plastic ring for my bike. Shippment was delivered in 3 weeks to Russia. Ring came in parcel with air guard for deformation prevent.

I ordered a kit from their website on 15th December 2013 with 7 working days still to go until Christmas! I know what you're thinking, that would be absurd if you're reading this in 2014 and I still haven't received my order!?

When I rang on Christmas Eve, Delightful [name] told me with the most insincere tone that he was sorry but he had no idea where it was and he'd have to chase in January. Very disappointing.

It got to the 7th of January and still no word, so I rang them again. [name] told me the company they ordered them from were closed until the 10th of January. (Aghhhh). I asked [name] if he could get someone to call me back with the expected posted date. Today's the 30th January 2014 and I just received a dispatch email. Fair to say I was peeved.

When I rang (yes, again) [name] said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager, Marvellous [name], who seemed to think an apology would suffice as he explained how all he had to offer was some story of a mess up from the suppliers. Errr?

I commented that they hadn't even offered to remove the postage fee. He scoffed it was only a pound. Oh, how I laughed... exactly [name]! You need a quick course in customer service my friend. Appalling service. This is why I'll stick to [external reference] and [external reference] sellers in future, they'll do more for their customers than these cowboys! DO NOT USE.

Ordered knee pads, recieved knee pads.
Bolts been tampered with on the pads and mark on rear of one pad, informed them on email, no response for days, phone and speak to someone, told they have protocol for returns, stick to protocol and they'll only refund the pads not any mailing costs, shocking!! Would never use again, never took photos to prove my point as they said just return them.

Just thought £1.99 to post a single bearing was way too high should only be the price of a first class stamp

consistently wrong prices on google shopping to get punters through the door; back button lock to keep them on the site. Poor!

I ordered an item on the Monday morning, which was actually cheaper than anywhere else I found on a Google search.

Received an email response from the online store a couple of hours later in acknowledgment of the order , and the actual item two days later on the Wednesday.

Excellent service, and a very smooth, efficient transaction.

I ordered a Jagwire Gear Cable Kit from these guys on Sunday evening and by Tuesday the package arrived and it was exactly what I needed. Most other online stores seemed to be out of stock, so I used UK Bike Store for the first time. The price was also good and same if not better than some of the so called 'leading' online stores. Bought a bike lock from them at a very good price. Item arrived when they said (couple of days to get from supplier). Was not charged until item was dispatched. Would use again, although as another shopper suggested I did ring first to check availability.

Not enough people leave good reviews - including me. So I've made an exception. Cheapest for 2x tyres - ordered 4pm arrived 8am next day. Postage 1.99 or 99p or something. At last a company that cares about service.

Ordered a seat post clamp from them as they were the cheapest, I made sure to phone them up first to check the item was in stock (as there are no real stock levels available on the website) and after ordering the item arrived next day.
Would certainly use in the future, making sure to check the availability by giving them a call first.

Ordered online monday at 3.00pm and received it next morning at 7.30am. Brilliant. Thats twice this has happened with them, what service!

I asked for one of their standard products - a bicycle child carrier seat (Co-Pilot Limo) to have its standard EX1 bike rack to be swapped out for an EX1 for disc braked bikes. They had no trouble, the price was adjusted favourably to suit the difference in the rack costs, it was all delivered on time and as promised and everyone was happy. Hope the reveiws pick up guys :)

Ordered an item which turned out not to be in stock. Got a message saying they should get it in about a month. Nearly two months later, no item, no further communication and they still had my money (sent via paypal, so they hadn't committed the no-no of charging my credit card before sending goods). Requested refund.
