Not as good as expected but OK for the price

Incorrect Company Selected

Extremely bad service slow delivery one filter ordered but paid for two asked for refund but messages ignored... It's a very bad way to run a business... Will never deal with them again as they have a don't really care attitude regard running a business so good luck with that...

Order arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted.

Swimming armbands are brilliant, I paid a bit more as they assured they weren't cheap copies from China. I called the company ref emails coming back saying company doesn't exist, which made me a bit worried it was a scam. I then emailed the main company to tell them there was problems with the website and never got any reply at all. Armbands 5, customer service 0.

Ordered 2 Samsung filters 11 days ago. Website promises delivery in 2-4 days... Pretty poor..

Placed order 17th June and received a dispatch e-mail next day. Its 28th June today and still no product received despite paying for standard delivery charge. E-mailed them 4 days ago to understand what the issue was but they are not interesting in replying once they have got their money. Will not be purchasing from here again, best to spend a bit more elsewhere for a better or even just a standard service.

I made an order. They rang me back to ask if i had changed my fridge. No I haven't, I asked if I had ordered the wrong filter. Did the last one fit they said? Ans Yes. Well it was £10 cheaper so we will send you that one again and refund you £10............

The Samsung replacement filters were delivered promptly and fit perfectly.

The filters were delivered in record time. We have only just put in a new filter from another source, so the two we ordered were reserves. We cannot therefore comment on the quality of the product since these have not been put into use yet. We anticipate that the quality of the water will be great.
