Still waiting for exam results. The proportal reset is still not working and we are extremely tired of waiting! We have tried to contact the company by phone and no reply. I have now contacted my local MP, David Davis who is looking into the issue. Please do take a stand against this situation .

Poor service from start to finish! Everything they sent you could not open on an iPhone. Then when exam results came through no one could open them! And they have a new system in place. Glad I don’t have to deal with them again! The only person who saved the day was the manager at saint neots branch. No good if you can’t open any details they send you or their portal doesn’t work.

Unable to log in to access GCSE results!!
Noone is answering emails or phone calls.
Been on hold for 2 hours rhis morning and still no answer.
This is completely unacceptable and will be taking this to the exams boards and escalating this complaint.
These poor students unable to get results today is an absolute disgrace

System error at the result day! Is now 9.56 and our son has to present his results up to 10.00 today! They don’t answer the phone emails and Mitcham branch close too.

Absolutely appalling...pay all the money for my son to take his exams.
Exam results are out at 8am and still at 9.50am we still don't know his results with having trouble with re setting password and still not letting us login...I've rang and emailed numerous times. Not happy!

Terrible company, my son took exams at the micham branch. A Particular member of staff very intimidating to the kids. Failed to provide the additional time my child was entitled to. Here now trying to log into their portal to see gcse results, sever down and not answering telephone calls or emails. Worst of the worst from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs

It took 3 days for staff to get back to me
I saw children standing in rain.
One day my son was sent to the wrong desk he’s doing gcse and was sent to the Alevel class
Now today can not access my sons results was due at 8am and have been fobbed off their server is down

Great experience at the High Wycombe branch. I did both mock exams and A-Level exams as a private candidate. Communication was reliable with quick responses to my emails, booking exams was easy and the invigilators were really helpful and kind. Results day went smoothly and I am now going to my dream uni in September. I would highly recommend the High Wycombe branch as I had no issues there whatsoever.

Portal didn't work on exam results day. Not able to get in touch with anyone.

Appalling !! They have failed to add my child's coursework and practicals ... we have been dealing with this since January 2026!! No call backs or replies to emails ! Exam boards have said they just need to contact them to add the carry forwards ! DO NOT USE!

Awful company. The communications have been dire, clearly do not learn lessons from previous people's experiences judging by reviews on here.

We had a data breach of another person's name and email within our email.

I have lodged a complaint but they couldn't care less.

What company implements a new portal (twice) during exam season that is not fit for purpose? Crazy!

Happy to take your money very quickly but they need better training for staff who can actually support and action customer queries.

We had to shift the centre from Dubai to London on the last day and notwithstanding the challenges, Ruth, Leah and T&E Romford team managed the process well and helped completing Darsh’s 8 exams well without hassles.

avoid at a;; cost avoid they have withdrawn my daughter who has a disability from exam because their approved tutor got the wrong date for coursework and now they wont let her submit even though exam board deadline is another two weeks away. Breach of contract and disability claim coming your away. Exam board are investigating them as had numerous complaints

Do not use them. Find instead a school that accepts private candidates. Basically they can't even ensure to scan all of the pages of your exam. This is what happened to me. Mock exams end of February, two of the three exams they did not send the examiner the full papers as they could not be bothered checking they scanned the papers in their entirety. Examiner seems to have just marked the papers without realising this. Mid April still waiting for them to scan and remark the papers correctly. Just don't take the risk of your papers not being sent to the examiners in their entirety. Find somewhere else.

Really bad experience with mitchim. It's January and I'm still trying to get my son's certificates. Don't answer calls, no response to emails, just the worst

UPDATE 15 January: we have just received by post the certificates of another candidate. So that's two confidentiality and data breaches from this organisation. Who knows who has our son's certificates. The summer exam sign-up deadline is coming up. Do not give these people your money or put your children in their hands.

Not sure where to begin with our terrible experience with Tutors and Exams Mitcham. Terrible exam halls, industrial units with no sound or heat insulation (big problem last summer in the heat), staffed by incredibly young and inexperienced people, unmanageably long queues added to an already anxious situation for candidates.

We originally signed up and paid for the Wimbledon centre, which then moved but we weren't alerted. Our son's results were sent through with another candidate's results visible (huge breach) and his certificates have now been lost. Just an abysmal experience from start to finish. Do avoid. Try local schools or any other option before going with this organisation.

Venue easily accessed, though I imagine at busier sittings it may be a bit chaotic with cars / drop offs but it was less than 10mins walk from the nearby shopping village so parents can nip for a coffee etc. Booking process smooth. Helpful and timely responses by email. Took a while to get hold of by phone around the application deadline but understandably a busy time. Attended an open day to check the venue out, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Sat exams in Doncaster and had a positive experience. Have booked further exams since, and Access Arrangements team also super helpful and quick to sort everything out.

Terrible experience with staff in Mitcham. They take a long time to respond to my emails about exam entries, misread them twice and then refused to answer my queries.

I then rang the Cambridge International Education who clarified that the responsibility to help private candidates regarding their exam entries lies with Tutors and Exams.

I have taken my son to sit his examinations elsewhere as a result. They have dealt with my queries promptly and easily.

Tutors and Exams were unhelpful. I did not want to have to deal with their incompetence in what was already a stressful experience for parents with a child with special needs.

The staff at Tutors and exams, and Carmen in particular, are phenominal about getting information to you on time, dealing professionally and calmly with the students and communicating what the rules and options are. We wont go anywhere else even though we have to drive 5 hours to get there and pay for a guest house during exam season. Of course, as a parent you have ti do your own part. Make sure you check for deadlines and follow rules and use the links to the portal that they provide for all exam information. If you do that you wont have any issues

My son just sat his IGCSE Double Science with the Taunton exam centre, and I have to thank the team for all of their support and advice. My son is home educated, having deregistered him from Y10 in Feb this year, and I found myself suddenly having to research and book exams. The Access Arrangement team have been so helpful, answering my many questions about my son's AA and offering their advice. Nothing was too much trouble. My son sat a mock with them in September and recently sat the Science exam series. He's due to sit more exams in May '26.

From a parent's point of view, I have found them efficient, approachable and really professional. All of my enquiries have been dealt with promptly.

From my son's point of view, he found staff really welcoming, he was happy and Taunton managed to secure the same reader/scribe for all of his science exams, to give my son as much continuity as possible.

I highly recommend Taunton exam centre to any parent or student looking for a reliable and professionally run service.
