I used Tudor Financial to buy my first home and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Sam and Michael were always just a phone call away ready to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they made it super smooth everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service. I've never used a mortgage broker with my prior mortgage rate renewals, but on this occasion my prior 2yr fixed rate was expiring Jun23 and my work colleagues suggested I engage with Tudor Financial Consultants to assess the market for me. I'm glad I did this. Chris Tudor and Lisa Sheldon handled my case very professionally and proposed three options for me. I followed Tudor's advice and refinanced to another lender with a deal that fits my specific circumstances. The whole process went very smoothly and completed on time. I thoroughly recommend speaking with Tudor.

I was looking at new mortgage deals way back in August 2022 in preparation for my mortgage 5 year fixed rate expiring in May 2023 as with rates rising fast I wanted to secure a new 5 year deal as soon as I could. I spoke to Tudor who were recommended to me to see what deals were out there. I approached Tudor in August 2022 to secure a rate with a 6 month availability period to February 2023 and would pay a small early redemption fee for the 3 months to May as it made financial sense to do so and secure the cheaper rate. This was all set up with Barclays at a rate of 3.42% for 5 years which was a good deal at the time however shortly after this the person I was dealing with at Tudor left the business in January 2023 and my new mortgage offer was left to expire in February as nobody else picked up my case after he left. I complained about this and was then told (incorrectly) that a new application had been made and the same rate had been secured until July 2023 so were still good to go so i waited until just before my exiting rate expired and checked with Tudor that all was in order (I had been checking in with then several times during the interim period as nobody was keeping me informed of progress at the time). A week before my existing rate was due to expire I was contacted by Tudor to inform me that in fact the "new" offer I received from Barclays was just a "re-key" of the original offer which had expired in February so I had effectively lost another 3 months to secure a rate and in the meantime rates were rising fast. Due to the timescale left to set up the mortgage I had to go with my existing lender and switch product myself and do all the admin myself which was really stressful. I eventually got a 5 year rate secured however it is significantly higher than the rate we originally secured with Barclays way back in August 2022. Nobody has since called me to ask how I got on with sorting out this debacle and it appears they have taken the view that no news is good news. I have not been offered any gesture of goodwill or compensation for the financial loss and stress this has caused. Very poor. Will not be recommending.

We have used Tudor as mortgage brokers on two occasions, as first time buyers in 2018 and then moving home in 2022. My wife and I are self employed so it's not easy to find a mortgage, especially in a turbulent market, but Tudor found us the right deal and made everything as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service!
Andy and Conor have been absolutely fantastic during the whole mortgage process.
I initially received an approval in principle within 48 hours!
Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the whole process and they were both very proactive in helping wherever they could.
Even when my main point of contact was on annual leave, Conor and the other members of staff knew exactly where we were up to in the mortgage process.
These factors separate Tudor and their staff from all the other brokers and I would definitely recommend.

Sam was extremely helpful at getting me a mortgage in principle despite my credit score being bad. I would not have been able to purchase a house without the help of Tudor Financial. They have also been brilliant at communicating what stage we are at and reassuring me throughout the process.
