After my complaint, Trusy stopped my "silver package celebrity promo" that I already paid for, and instead, they sent a mass amount of FAKE followers. This is BS! I have attached a screenshot of the 1000+ fake followers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I am so upset right now. The FAKE FOLLOWERS are still streaming in and I cannot stop it. Bad business ethics!!!
Keep in mind they refunded me for the amount that was doubled charged. I still paid $267 and received 1000 fake followers!!!

Your $267 was fully refunded by our team because of your expressed dissatisfaction with the service, we even refunded the purchase outside of our terms of service because we wouldn't want you paying for a service that is not providing the value that you paid for.

Our team responded promptly with an immediate refund once office hours resumed as you emailed several times outside of office hours.

The worst service I have used by far. All they do is send you fake likes and followers that last a couple days. You can pay for fake likes and follower for a fraction of the price. Do not waste your money

Used them for exactly 2 hours. It was immediately clear to me that they use bots as all of my 700+ likes (completely out of the norm) were from accounts with no history, very little followers and curiously - any posts made by these accounts had no captions and barely any likes of their own.

I gave an extra star because they issued me a prompt refund without any questions.

Oh, and by the way, when I inquired regarding their tactics they gave me a canned reply. Another reviewer quoted exactly the same remarks in reply to their inquiry - word for word.

Finally - a professional organization does not use a gmail account for business correspondence.

Just say that you use bots and save your customers a lot of time. These are not real accounts posting "likes" to posts and this can actually do damage to one's instagram account in the long run.

Fake followers without engagement.
Fake likes, 50/60% disappear after 2 weeks.

Artificial growing without any ROI.
Don’t loose your money to buy this.

What an absolute joke, fake accounts, all bots. DO NOT USE.

First of all I think a lot of false advertising is going around. These are not organic followers. They are bots. They are obvious bots. Their profile pictures are the most obvious bots on the planet. Do you think in the end it will help you because you get a bunch of likes on your photos but really it’s just going to hurt you because it’s not true engagement they’re not commenting on your post they’re just fake accounts like in your pictures which messes with Instagram‘s algorithm.

I picked Trusy as I felt they offered a different experience. I picked this plan where they use celebs to run contests to bring engagement to your page. As a luxury jewelry brand I felt this could be a different approach. They first offered me a 16 year old boy and I had an assumed with that as why would they pair an16 year old as his followers would not be my clientele. I was the. Offered a young woman later in the month. So the time comes and passes and no contest was ran on either page. I contact them and they can provide me with no proof of a contest, no post and the best they say is your following is up! I tell them I had to join and pay for other advertising to raise my engagement as this was so late in the month and nothing . Messaged both people and no contest. Do not waste your money this is an absolute scam!!!! I am reporting to every avenue !!

I cannot wait to work with this company they constantly add value to their audience.They offer very usable educational information and tactics and the humbleness is what I respect must I've been able to grow off their information alone so yes and yes I strongly reccomend this company keep rocking guys 😃

I used a growth campaign with them, one that is non-refundable, but I chose to do so anyway

Long story short, they didn't tell me, nor did they signal anywhere on their page, that their most expensive option that I chose would grant me under-age followers from Brazil, who don't even seem empowered to buy my products

These followers are like 14, 16, or so

I paid $447 for a growth campaign that led to followers who don't engage with my content, even though I was promised engaging followers

They say I didn't meet the growth requirements for a U.S. campaign, so they didn't even mention it

But don't you think they should've mentioned the growth requirement in the first place, so I could make a more informed, well-educated decision?

They offered to make things "right" by offering another campaign free of charge, but guess what

This was another international campaign with followers who don't speak my language

Another thing: when I did the first and only campaign, they didn't show me which account it would be with, so I didn't even have a say in that matter

This is all in stark contrast to their competitors who offer United States Growth Campaigns that cost WAYYYYY LESS than TRUSY's United States Growth Campaigns ANDDD . . . .

With their competitors, you get to SEE which accounts they use before you agree to pay for the campaign

I don't know how Trusy's regular services are, but if it's anything like how they treat their celebrity partnership growth campaigns, it's probably ommitting important facts that you should know before purchasing

I subscribed to trusy for 2 months, I admit that they have good customer support, each email sent was answered quickly. I can't say the same for their service, like all other follower growth services, it only brings you fake followers.

I was monitoring my account very closely and as soon as I had any doubts, I emailed them for explanations. I can say that they are very well prepared to respond to their clients' concerns and to make them wait for better results.

First red flag was not getting relevant followers.
TRUSY reply: I understand that receiving likes/followers that are not relevant to your industry can be frustrating but we are just starting to get things dialed in.
Essentially we are leveraging our database to get the Instagram algorithm to learn that your page is popular and needs to be promoted.
Overtime Instagram will begin to promote your content on a consistent basis - Resulting in organic growth within your target niche.

2nd red flag:
No engagements on any of my posts, I was only receiving tons of likes within 2mns of a post.
TRUSY: Using these actions we send to your page we are able to get the Instagram algorithm to learn that your page deserves to be seen and needs to be promoted. This is part of the learning phase and generally lasts a few weeks. (Depending on the quality of content and how frequently you post)
As Instagram begins to see your posts continuously perform at a high rate over a certain amount of time they will then begin to consistently place your content on the explore page.
When this happens you will see a decrease in the lower quality accounts and an increase in organic growth.

In other words they ask you for more patience when you ask how long will this process take.

TRUSY: It's difficult to say an exact time because each pages growth goals, frequency of posting, type of content, and target niche is different.

3rd red flag:
I started seeing my followers disappearing
TRUSY: This isn't something unusual. Periodically, IG will purge accounts from the platform that are low quality and flagged as spam or ‘bot’ accounts in order to create a better environment for its users.
As you know, using aggressive growth tactics similar to ours can attract bots or lower quality accounts - the reason that this is no problem is because as you can see IG purges these accounts routinely leaving you with the organic growth that we were able provide your profile with.

They had an answer to all my concerns, so I decided to subscribe for another month, I was naive enough to still believe that their tactic was going to work and I will need up having relevant followers and more engagement.
However, I asked them if I would lose all the subscribers gained, if I stopped my subscription with them.

TRUSY reply: The followers that you've gained will stay even if you cancel your services with us.

In 2 1/2 of subscription I gained 6500 followers, and since I stopped my subscription, not only did I already lose almost 2000, I no longer have any fake likes, and every day I keep losing more. By the end of July, I imagine that all of them will disappear and I will go back to square zero. I would have lost $400.

I wrote this post to warn anyone who will be tempted to subscribe to their service and what to expect. It is up to you to make the right decision whether to subscribe or not.

I use trusy to grow my personal account and help get brand deals. They have definitely helped me get more engagement through likes and being featured on the explore page and more followers too! In the beginning, there was a little bit of a lag with likes but I reached out and they resolved it right away. They’re not going to singlehandedly make your account blow up but can definitely help you get there!

firstly I am not a bot. I am an artist and after seeing all the positive posts that TRUSY were posting daily on their IG i decided to reach out to them. I explained all issues my artist account was having with previous marketing companies. They assured me a real targeted audience, that if i followed their instructions on hashtags, Geoing and more that with their REAL profile boosting to legit accounts I could sit back and watch our account explode into constant comments, sales and much more. I was so excited and convinced by them this was finally the real deal. So i though lets dive in with most expensive package $349 giving you up too 1000 likes per post and I was told 3-5k REAL followers. In month one getting around 1000 Likes per post (i had to hit them up on posts that were not delivering for a nudge to get their act together which they did) and followers I would get one day 300-600 followers in a min then nothing for days or even 1-2 weeks at time. Then close to ending of the paid month LIKES on posts started dropping from approx 1k mark to 600 even as low as 148 LIKES - What was I paying $349 for again??? I Qnd it over and over again and noticed i was getting cut and paste answers from a person called Lindsay then when i asked to talk to manager and was put onto in same email a guy called Jacob. They constantly tried to fight me on fact that their profile delivery was real pages with real people but reality is they were 100% not. Mostly arab or all cat profiles with no followers or likes on their posts. More importantly NOT ONE profile was linked to my niche market, NOT ONE!! They blamed it on hashtaging and adding location and blah blah blah but i was doing all that. Posting every 18 hrs. I am not a rich artists especially at this time with Covid, I want to work very hard too capitalize on every cent. In the end they could not even deliver the 3k plus followers falling short at 2.4k and then telling me how lucky I am 2.k + people started following me? Yes they really said that. Anyway this went on for 2 months and nothing changed, it just got worst. So much so we started having potential opportunities/clients pull out due to being concerned with all fake profiles and little to no comments etc etc you know the story... On final emails they tried to sell me their celebrity plan to get "THOUSANDS OF REAL FOLLOWERS" to make up for lack of productivity and i said hell no! I want out stop killing my profile and all my hard work. Honestly if you want a quick fix fake profile it is perfect, if not and you want to build a real business that will last for years to come i would not touch these guys no matter what they tell you it is total BS.

I have been using Trusy since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak and they have been able to pick up where my company had been lacking. The exposure they have been able to get me has greatly outweighed the foot traffic my business no longer gets due to the stay at home ordinance placed on my city.

Don't expect them to completely transform your account, it still takes work from your end to grow your account!

I manage a few Instagram Pages for my clients. I basically up charge them and just resell the service from Trusy. I trust these guys with everything because they are basically representing the work they do as I do. Great work guys and keep it up A+++

Totally spam! I purchased for 3 days and I didn’t see any growth so I emailed them. After that, they sent me about 100 FAKE followers! Those accounts are all fake and never post anything.

From August 2019 until January 2020, we paid for services through Trusy. We tried all three plan levels during that time. We were originally made aware of Trusy through an Instagram ad. Since Instagram reviews all ads, we assumed Trusy was reputable.

During our time working with Trusy, we saw an increase in followers and likes. This is part of the reason why we worked to the highest cost plan. However, on the higher paid plans we never received certain noted benefits, such as power likes, comments, and, seemingly, being added to a brand collaboration database.

More importantly, the more we analyzed the service provided the more we began to question if the followers and engagement were real. We saw accounts that seemed fake and the engagement was lacking, based on the number of followers we gained. It is common practice for us to give all services/agencies six months, since we understand marketing takes time, so we continued for the full six months.

Once we ended services with Trusy in January, we were confident that the follows and engagement were the product of bots, pods, or other similar approaches, which are against Instagram best practices. To look deeper, we monitored activity over the past few months.

As soon as we stopped using Trusy services, our engagement dropped from hundreds of likes per post to only a few and engagement we did receive was not from the followers Trusy provided. This suggests Trusy was artificially pushing likes to us during our time working together and that the followers we still have are fake or inactive accounts.

We spent $932 for fake/inactive followers as well as false engagement, and did not receive certain noted benefits of using the service. We discussed reporting this to Instagram or leaving reviews detailing our experience. However, we are reasonable and we wanted to see how Trusy would address this.

Trusy did respond. The response included saying no bots, pods, etc., were used and the ability to get likes and follows is due to :

“The service works by sending a large amount of actions (Profile Visits, Impressions, Reach, Likes, etc..) from a network of users that we have developed over an extended amount of time. By doing this we are able to promote your post/page to Instagram's explore page.”

Trusy added statements such as “try to find one popular influencer who doesn't have likes or followers from random lower quality accounts.”

These statements and the other comments provided do not clear up the issue and we stand by the statement that we spent $932 for fake/inactive followers as well as false engagement.

If you are considering using Trusy, I suggest you do not. I strongly advise you to look at the TrustPilot reviews and to be wary of the reviews left on Google.

Fake followers, AND my posts are now getting flagged as “scams” whenever I want to promote them... apparently that’s the way they get your numbers up; they imbed hidden ads and malware into your account so that when you post anything, it automatically attracts bots and fake accounts which triggers IG to flag you as a scam and shut your account down. BE. CAREFUL. I’m struggling with the latter at the moment... IG found some hidden scams in my latest post that I tried to promote and flagged me and I’m now under appeal. What an awful company... I should’ve just kept busting my butt like I was, at least then I’d have what I had before I ever set eyes on Trusy 😭😭😭

Here's what you'll get with this Trusy
- Hundreds of fake followers
- Flagged by Instagram with "Action blocked" alerts, risking your account getting closed
- Trusy customer support making excuses that the reason they add hundreds of fake accounts to your Instagram is to test how many followers your account can handle. They said they do this in the beginning, BUT they've doing that for at least 3 months. A 3-month, testing period? Sounds like a lot of BS.
- Upon cancellation, expect these fake "testing" followers to disappear from your account, so you paid money for nothing.

It's like an embarrassing drug. If you stop now, everyone will know you've been buying fake followers because your followers will drop in a moments flat. Plus, Instagram will also notice and delete those fake accounts, making your followers count drop even faster.

I even sent them screenshots of fake accounts with 0 followers, they still told the same story that they are testing my account. For 3 months, you're testing my account? BS.

In a nutshell, you're paying for a temporary increase in followers count and post likes and possible risk of getting your account blocked or even deleted by Instagram. I've tried many services. This one was the worst.

Love me some Trusy. Been using their services on my account for about 4 months and have grown from 3k to 10k followers. Highly recommend!
