Please listen to what everyone is saying. They are stealing people money. This Lindsey person everyone is speaking of responded to me when I questioned and was talking about my Instagram account. When I actually was using their tiktok service. They claim USA followers and meanwhile all foreign. I will get my money back because my family is attorneys and we are contacting government agencies to look into them.

Received all fake accounts and bots as engagement (90 likes a post) and very little following. They have refused to provide a refund also. Terrible service.

We have a professional social media marketing team who can identify fake accounts. The accounts engaging with our audience from the Trusy platform are fake users that use photos from other pages (college students). None of the accounts are active nor do they respond to messages. They all have posts on the same day with zero real engagement, please stop falsely advertising to people Trusy. They cannot provide a source of their audience, this is clearly not a legitimate service.

Trusy uses bots and fake followers to artificially boost your account. Yes, their platform comes with a 10-day money back guarantee... but since they don't actually start working on your account for 10 days, when all the fake followers start bombing your account - you can't get your money back since it's outside their refund window. This company is a total scam. Stay away from them.

Fake followers and likes. Bots, and a total scam. They will also try everything to not give you your refund. Just don’t even try it.

I have ended up with thousands upon thousands of terrible fake bot followers for a very high price. Yes you receive a lot of likes on your posts but it's very dodgy. How can you get 400+ likes on a reel yet it only has 200 views? How can you get pretty much the exact number of likes every post? Do not use them, every person gets "Lindsey" too - read the other reviews. Funny my account manager is this "Lindsey" as well. They make out like you have a dedicated account manager...um no. Beyond sign up you never hear from them, you never get reports just fake followers and you end up with a very low engagement score. Really regret this.

It’s a scam. Bough three different services from them and they didn’t even deliver on what they say. The website is full of lies and they are very shady.

Paid for the service and nobody contacted me.

Cancelled after seeing I was charged for 2 months, did not notice I was still being charged 4 months later as it was going on my credit card.

The company refused to refund the months owed to me.

The whole thing is a scam go nowhere near it

I am 43 years old and have never, ever written a bad review for any business, even when I’ve had a bad experience. These people are a bunch of jokers and are running a very, very slick scam. I ended after 3 weeks with them and spent most of yesterday deleting the 1000 fake followers they put my way - don’t go anywhere near them!

I ended my services with this company this month. Trusy did add followers but many were fake or bot followers. I now have to go through and delete the fake followers so that I don't seem scammy to any brands that I try to partner with. I went to my insights tab on instagram and 10% of my accounts are Indonesia! Clearly fake engagement. When I reached out before canceling my account they told me to tell them any influencer that doesn't have bot account followers which may be true but seems a cop out answer for inadequate services. Stay away!

THEY ARE A SCAM. I caught them .I went on here and saw the reviews and I also went in their Instagram. It’s fake! I also went on where we can contact them on Instagram and the area code is from Alabama and it won’t even let you leave a voicemail! I told them all of this and they stopped the chat conversation with me right away.Do NOT waste your money here. They are gonna finesse you!! They need to be reported to the police!

This is the worst service Lindsay is the worst she act like she doesnt understandanything. Told me because my follwer count had went up I recieved the followers but the campaign for the celeb just started so how could I get a 1000 followers when 50 people signed up for the giveaway. And then I seen no one followed me they must try to send fake followers. Stay very far away from this place. Using celebrity names to scam people it's not cool. They need to be thrown in jail big tim scammers. If people write a good review they cant ni there being scamed

Trusy Social came through. Not sure what happened. I look forward to trying out the program. I read the reviews and they appear credible.

I am a huge fan of Trusy since August 2020 when I began using the company's services. It's astonishing how much my growth + engagement on Instagram has increased. In 6 months I went from 1.5k to 10k followers. Initially I purchased the "micro-influencer" package. After seeing great results, I upgraded to the "influencer" package because I knew their strategies for growth worked. As well, I've been corresponding w/ Lindsey (unsure if she's the owner, or an employee), and she has always provided amazing customer service. She responds to emails quickly + addresses any questions I have. I've experimented w/ a handful of social media growth companies. Trusy has shown the best results. I'm literally leaving this review because Lindsey did something so nice for me, I was compelled to show my appreciation by leaving a good review. Thanks Lindsey! :)

Literally a scam and I have tried them over 3 times. They will start by telling you "give us 24 hours for someone to reach out to you" then they will say " it will take more around 48-72 hours for your account to get growth" then after that they will say " your account will start slow" this is all so you are outside the 10 days window so you can't ask for a refund. Pretty good scam if you ask me!

This is a totally legit company. It helped me grow my Instagram account helped me market myself, also gave real advice to utilize Instagram for my business. I will always recommend and keep this company as a tool in my tool belt 🥳

100% bots. They come in batches of 100 likes or 200 follows. All of them have few, if any, followers, some don't even have profile pics. Totally trashed my profile. Will take some time to undo.

Worst experience ever!!! This entire system is designed to give you FAKE FOLLOWERS! Your account will look dodgy and unauthentic!!! It will be so obvious you bought cheap ass follows

Deserves lower than 1 star. I am still waiting for my refund. Sent a ton of fake followers without doing any audit whatsoever. Its embarrassing. I would lose followers. This is false advertisement. There is nothing organic at all about this service. I need my money back asap!

Avoid at all costs!! They filled my account with tons of fake followers and saw no positive changes to our engagement. Clearly a fake service with a terrible customer service help who did not refund us after being unknowingly charged for several months. I would give zero stars if I could.
