This is the second time I have used trust financial solutions and I can’t praise them highly enough.
They provide a tailored service and are always efficient, clear and very understanding. It’s a complicated process applying for a mortgage and we both felt like everything was explained clearly and with professionalism.
I’ve used a large national company in the past and there was just no comparison. We got a good deal quickly and there was no stress. We will always use Anthea and Zoe going forwards and will recommend them to any friends and family.

The key question was whether to leave the lender or to stay with them and just get a new 5 year fixed at a reasonable and comparable rate. The team at Trust Financial Solutions reviewed our financial situation, to see if anything has changed and whether changes were foreseeable in the future. They also checked that the life and critical illnesses insurances were still adequate (they were). It was all very easy to switch to a new product with the same lender, 2 months before the end of the old one and without penalties. Great service, all with timely phone calls!
