We trusted Trust Financial Solutions with our house purchase back in 2022. They made everything run very smoothly for us, including working with solicitors in both parties. We didn't have to lift a finger! forward 18 months, they kindly reminded us our renewal was due, we were very lucky with the rates the first time around but now with the rates sky rocketing and the market being so volatile , Zoe acted super quickly to not only look for a rate that was more comfortable for us, but to lock it in just before the rates went higher (she really had a matter of hours!) - Again, we didn't have to lift a finger, just one phone call to discuss our wants and needs and off Zoe went! Trust Financial Solutions are a fantastic company. They helped us as first time buyers when we bought our house 2 years ago, and they recently helped us obtain a good 5-year fixed mortgage interest rate. They explain everything clearly and avoid jargon, which we love. I highly recommend them!

We have just completed on 3 BTL mortgages, but have used TFS many times in the past and can highly recommend them. This time, because of the rush on mortgages in general due to the increasing rates, there were some delays but they were in no part the fault of TFS and they ( Anthea & Zoe) pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to get the deals locked and pushed through as quickly as possible.
