Sean, Josh and Elliot and their other colleague on both day were awesome nothing was too much trouble very accommodating and had to hang around for a long time waiting for the vendor to move out , don’t know how they do it in that heat , very please with the move , but dissociating thing was I had to pay £400 extra as I didn’t confirm till I knew completion day the week before and they ran out of Lorry’s so had to hire one , so make sure you book well in advance

Friendly, professional and good value for money
From the first enquiry to several companies asking for quotes, Trunk stood out as the most professional (replying promptly) and friendly and helpful (answering my many, many questions). Their quote was very competitive especially as we were moving from Essex to the Isle of Lewis 700 miles away, and the journey taking 1.5days each way for them. The removal crew were very hardworking and polite, ensuring items were loaded carefully. Unpacked very promptly and carefully too ensuring boxes and furniture were placed in the correct room with no damage or scraping on walls around tight corners etc. Would highly recommend and plan to use them again for a family member's house move.

London to Suffolk
We recently moved from London to Suffolk. The removal men were very efficient at loading the vans and unpacking at the other end and were very friendly and cheerful, even after a 3 hour drive.

Excellent moving service
Ammin, Kayne, Alfie B and Alfie A were amazing. Ammin and Kayne came to pack the day before and they were careful with all of our possessions, but very efficient. The next day, Kayne plus Alfie B and Alfie B came back and moved us to our new house. They even went via a storage unit to pick up extra boxes of books! Amazing service and super nice guys, plus the most competitive prices. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish
We could not be happier with the service we received from Dan and his crew today. Arrived on time, got straight to work, put us at ease, and kept things lighthearted on what could have been a really stressful day. When they arrived they said they were there to take the stress off of us… and that’s exactly what they did! They did not stop from the moment they arrived at 8.30 until they finished unpacking at 6ish that night. We were so impressed and so thankful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so so much. Also a mention to Pat in the office who I spoke to several times regarding arrangements and Pat answering the many questions I had. Very professional, friendly and really lovely lady! If any of our friends and family move home, we will 100% be recommending Trunk Logistics!

What a stress free move
I have to say the two chaps who did the move for my son out of my house to his new house was professional and nice with it…. very caring about the items going on the van and covering the most at risk of getting damaged and careful of the walls and areas around them in both my house and in his new home.

Massively let down
Massively let down. Everything seemed great and got such a good first impression of the business so decided to proceed and asked how this works. Got advised to confirm the provisional date and then call at exchange to confirm. When I have called to confirm we have exchanged to then be told the company can no longer help and are fully booked is beyond stressful having just exchanged and has ruined what should have been a happy day.
Pointless booked a provisional date with people if without warning you allow others to book over that date with no call or warning we are getting booked.
I followed exactly what I was advised to do and started the process 2 months in advance to avoid this situation.
We spoke on 17th July to confirm the date which had not changed and called 10 minutes after exchange as advised to.
Very poor service and massively let down.

We understand how stressful moving can be, especially when tied to the uncertainties of buying and selling a property. To clarify, we operate our bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’re happy to pencil in provisional dates, we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability until a move date is fully confirmed. Many customers experience a gap of up to 30 days between exchange and completion, and as a business, we’re unable to hold multiple dates without confirmation, as we must also accommodate other confirmed moves.
We always advise customers to call and double-check availability before agreeing to a completion date with their solicitor or agent. We’re sorry if this wasn’t made clearer in your case.
We’re truly sorry we couldn’t assist you with your move and wish you all the best settling into your new home.

I never actually got around to using…
I never actually got around to using Trunk as my exchange date and completion date kept moving but Pat went out of her way constantly to continue to try and accommodate me in what was a super stressful time. I cannot vouch for the removal guys themselves, but I had Pat trying to choreograph and manage my anxieties all the way through the process. As the first port of call, I thoroughly recommend her… she is, I imagine, like the fifth Beatle…doesn’t get the limelight, but deserves every bit of it. Big ups Pat. Thank you for all your efforts. What a star.

Polite and careful team
Great delivery team (Kayne, Luca and Harry) who were very thoughtful and careful. Good communication of arrival time. A few items damaged in storage (not by the team) but Kanye was up front about this and explained that the office will be in touch about it.
