Packing and moving

Great Experience Professional Company
I’m excited to share our recent moving experience, which went off without a hitch! From start to finish, the team; Luca, Courtney, and Kane made the process seamless and enjoyable.
They were incredibly polite and handled all of our belongings with the utmost care. When it came to reassembling our furniture, their service was top-notch. I especially want to highlight Courtney, who truly went above and beyond. His calming presence and insightful advice kept us in good spirits during a hectic time, especially as we were racing to get the keys.
With Courtney leading the way alongside Luca, everything was coordinated beautifully, making the entire process so much easier for my family and me.

Great service
Dan, Kaz and Kiran were so respectful of our belongings and extremely fast on packing.
Dan and Kaz moved us the following day to Norfolk in very warm weather but nothing was ever a problem for them. They made us feel at ease with the move which was emotional but they were so kind especially Dan always asking if everything was ok. From the start to finding Trunk logistics online, to my video call with Gary, then dealing with quotes with Keiran everyone was so patient and efficient.

A home with many fragile items, well packed and cared for
We were very happy with Aaron, Lennie, Archie, Sean, Jay, and Lee. They took real care with our many goods, carefully wrapping delicate items, and maintaining that level of care as the day wore on. It was a tough job, with lots of art and antiques, and they gave it the time it deserved and required.
Lenny and Aaron in particular impressed us as really skilled and careful.
The whole team were friendly, fun, and seemed to get along well with each other. We enjoyed having them with us over the three days.

Great service. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Our crew on the day were Danny, Ricky and Matt. They arrived on time, and the move was completed quickly and efficiently. They also gave us really useful advice before and during the move. Highly recommended!

Grays to Whitby, North Yorkshire
The guys that brought our furniture from Grays to Whitby, North Yorkshire were brilliant. They were obliging, polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so careful and respectful of all our furniture and goods. Despite the long journey they were energetic and coped with very heavy objects in a tight space.
The communication between base and us was great. We were kept in touch every step of the way - thanks to Kieran, Nichola and Joanna. The contents of our home was in safe hands from September until July.

Lovely team, but a few articles currently missing
The team were very helpful and respectful. There was a little delay in leaving the old house; but they moved as quickly as possible in unloading. However one large, valuable picture has gone missing, plus one or two small items. This is a serious loss.

Second to None Service
Trunk Logistics were our choice of 3 quotes being the mid range estimate of the 3. The survey was carried out in a professional and informative manner, assuring us that we had made a good choice in the first instance. This was reinforced by the excellent correspondence by Liam throughout. The packing service was conducted with due care and attention by Michael & Hamed, easily completing the task within a day. The move out was equally completed by Daniel, Paul, Ricky, Craig & Fred in good time before the stipulated Completion deadline. Finally, the delivery from Kent to Cornwall was unloaded and completed by Daryl, Lennie & Daniel with total respect to our goods being placed at the locations requested throughout the house. Throughout the whole process, the communication, assurance and care of our furniture was second to none. All of the team were polite with a professional approach. Our moving experience, which was stressful at times due to third party influences was made a whole lot easier using Trunk Logistics. We would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again if necessary. Thankyou all.

Perfect move!
Dan, Silva and Catilin were nothing short of fantastic moving us. So friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when we had items that didn’t fit down the stairs and needed dismantling last minute. The company as a whole have also been fantastic, from speaking to Liam to discuss initial quite, Nicola in head office to secure booking and payment, Jake who came on the day just to check we were happy - faultless - again nothing was too much trouble
