Professional, efficient and lovely movers
Kayne, Brad and Luke did our move for us. They were polite and extremely helpful. They took excellent care while loading and unloading in our new property. We have rented a house for a year and will need to go back next January. I hope to get the same team. During the move we also had an issue with room on the vehicle, this was resolved quickly and professionally by head office. Highly recommended

Highly recommended team - brilliant
From first communication, the whole team were friendly, informative, efficient and professional. Holly & Pat were very friendly, supportive, explained everything clearly,& were prompt in replying, if I had a query.
Richard was brilliant with the online viewing of what needed moving, and was thorough, diligent and efficient, as well as warm and supportive. He gave lots of great advice about packing.
The moving team, Matt, Catalin & Archie were brilliant. They worked very hard, moving lots of stuff, were very efficient and had great communication. The 2nd day which was the actual move was a long day, but they remained hard working,effective, patient and with good humour throughout. They managed to get large pieces of furniture through some tight squeezes!

Unprofessional
Unprofessional, rude, and lacks basic customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Trunk Logistics. The staff were extremely rude and demonstrated zero customer-centricity. Instead of focusing on a solution, they spent their time criticizing other removal companies—a desperate tactic that reflects poorly on their own business ethics.
They use high-pressure sales tactics and defensive, rude communication rather than actually working with the client. Moving is about more than just 'lifting and shifting'; it’s about trust and service, both of which are missing here. I strongly advise staying away if you value a stress-free experience.

We never intended to come across as rude, and it’s disappointing to hear that this is how our communication was taken. Our follow-up message the day after sending your quote was simply to see if you had any questions - a single message isn’t a high-pressure sales tactic, just standard practice.
You asked for a 30% reduction on the quote, which we couldn’t realistically offer. To try and help, we instead offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture, which we felt was a fair middle ground.
We don’t spend time criticising other removal companies, and we take pride in running our business in a fair and honest way. Moving house is stressful, and we always aim to make it as smooth as possible, even when we can’t meet everyone’s budget.
We wish you all the best with your move and in your new home.
Moving house with 28 years of…
Moving house with 28 years of collections, was pretty daunting to be fair, but the minute 3 vans pulled up outside the house and we met the movers, we knew everything would be ok!
The sheer pace they worked at, was amazing to see, and in just over 3 hours, a pack house of boxes was empty, as was the garden and the 130kg concrete statue, all packed neatly in the vans!
We we got to the new house, they unloaded in quick time, put everything where we asked them to, navigating the extremely tight and steep staircase to the upstairs of the house, all whilst laughing and joking with us about where all this stuff was now going to go, as we were meant to be down sizing 🤣
A massive thank you to Luke, Luca, Dan and Catilin for making what could have been an extremely stressful day, just go so smoothly!
Will be recommending Trunk logistics to everyone that moves house going forward, as the service we received was top class!

Despite the atrocious weather, Matt Wayne Brad & James did a great job of moving us 100miles, keeping our spirits up and stress levels down.
Remarkably they limited the mess in both properties and water getting to the boxes. Fantastic feat!

Our team, Amin, Michael, Dan, Archie and Jack were to a man friendly, polite and incredibly respectful of our possessions and property. They remained calm and relaxed while getting stuck in and getting the job done. I’d highly recommend using Trunk. They didn’t provide the cheapest quote but delivered outstanding service, worth every penny.

Expensive items missing for 1.5 months
The worst experience moving. Boxes came damaged, expensive items missing. The UK representatives are refusing to do anything to hurry up the Spain handlers they work with. The Spanish delivery depo is holding the items, waiting for someone else to have a delivery to my city instead of just delivering the items to me.
It has been 1.5 months. What kind of condition will my items come in?

Your items have been located safely at our Spanish partner depot and are not missing. The delay is due to a lack of recent deliveries scheduled in your area, which is some distance from the depot. To ensure your belongings are transported safely, delivery is being arranged alongside the next confirmed job in your area.
Both our UK and Spanish teams have been in regular contact with you to keep you informed, and we will notify you immediately once delivery can be scheduled. We truly appreciate your patience and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
Excellent from start to finish!
From the first phone call, to the packing service and then the move everyone at Trunk logistics was fantastic. They were friendly, polite and helpful during what could have been a very stressful time. Special mention to Dan, Conor, Armando and Stan who were superb. On the day of the move they were amazing… efficient, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and the speed and care with which they packed up and moved our 4 bedroom house was brilliant. A true testament to their brilliant professionalism and skills. Thank you so much to all at Trunk you guys really are very very good at what you do!

Really great experience
The team stepped in at the last minute to help us move after our original company let us down. The team were really great and cleared the house so quickly with great skill and care. I am so grateful for everything they were able to do on the day and would absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service from Trunk Logistics. The team worked unbelievably hard packing a full five bedroom house over two days, including the garage and garden, all prepared for shipment to Portugal. The pace, organisation, and care throughout were exceptional.
Lenny, Lee, Kieran, Jake and Grant were all top class. Polite, calm, and incredibly efficient, even with the scale of the job. Nothing was rushed, everything was carefully packed, and the energy never dropped.
A huge credit to a superb company. I would not hesitate to recommend Trunk Logistics and would use them again without question.

Moving Home
On 30 October Connor, Simon, Bart & Kayne assisted with my house move.
They arrived early and quickly got to work in moving the contents of my home into their vans.
As part of the service I had arranged for the fragile pack for glassware, kitchenware and precious items and these were wrapped and packed efficiently and with no breakages.
And upon arrival at my new home they quickly unloaded their vans and put the furniture and boxes in the rooms as indicated.
They also went back to my old home and collected a couple of white goods that I stored in my neighbour’s shed as initially there was no room left in the vans!
As such I would highly recommend Trunk Logistics as from the initial visit to gauge what I needed, their reassuring support when confirming the moving date at exchange (as it changed a couple of times due to requests within the chain) to the moment everything was unloaded their professionalism and service was outstanding.

Brilliant, professional service.
We found Trunk online and they made the whole process from start to finish so easy. Cannot find any faults. We had all our boxes and wrapping delivered to us in plenty of time before completion. Matt, Paul and Dan got our removals onto the vans very quickly (and we had a lot of boxes). Our completion went through very quickly on the day and by the time we got to our new house they were already there. Brilliant team and no damage to anything. Thought the day would be stressful but they made it easy for us. Would recommend them to anyone.
