I really can't fault true speed so far. I signed up this afternoon on a Wednesday and they are coming Saturday to fit the hub. The guy on the phone was superb and very helpful (Lee Gates-Deville). So if you ever contact truespeed and need some help or just want great customer service ask for Lee. I hope the internet is as good as the customer service I've just received.

We are about to move house so I phoned Truespeed to find out what I needed to do. Spoke to Lee Gates-Deville who was really helpful and professional. Had it all sorted just leaving us to contact him with a moving date. Would lake to add that he had a perfect nature for dealing with members of the public.

I had a query about a pending contract renewal price, plus some more information on mesh wifi routers - so a little complicated.
Dan provided me with a number of options and explained clearly what I could do. We agreed a way forward and my initial query was resolved completely to my satisfaction.

As a loyal customer of Truespeed who has championed the provider as a great independent, I’m very disappointed that come my renewal the best price I can be offered is almost double that of a new customer.
Looks like Truespeed has given up on their values and just want to make as much money as possible.

Had a really great experience with Truspeed and wanted to share some positive feedback.
Matthew Wick, our Network Engineer, was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. Installing a new network can sometimes feel overwhelming as I've experienced, but Matthew explained everything clearly and made it all very easy to understand.
The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and professionally handled. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
Overall, a top-quality service I’d definitely recommend Truspeed, especially if you get the chance to have Matthe install for you.

In March 2026 the first offer I got for renewal of a 300mbps contract was £43, nearly 50% more than the £29 for 2025. After discussion this dropped to £38, still over 30% more. This “best offer” represents over 50% more than I was paying two years ago.
So I bit the bullet and cancelled my Truespeed contrac on 20 March . As an existing customer willing to extend my contract I would have expected a better price more in line with what I was previously paying. They show no sign of being interested in their current customers, treating them as part of a captive market whose needs are not important.
Addition:
I called Truespeed again today 2 April and had a much better conversation with Dan than the calls described above. Specifically a better and acceptable offer for renewal of my contract, plus helpful advice about our landline contract to help keep our monthly outgoings down.
The 3* overall rating reflects the aggregate of the 1* earlier unsatisfactory process plus the much better performance today.
