Matt has been supplying our dog food for at least the last 10 years and has never let us down. He's always very friendly and professional and his dietary advice is very useful. The food itself is good and our dog likes it (most importantly)!

Matt at trophy Torbay is amazing his knowledge is second to none he us helpful jolly and the dogs adore him. Always hear when he says he will be every delivery without any problems. Highly recommend him for all your dogs food needs.

Over Christmas and in January our deliveries were so slow we ran out of puppy food and had to travel 100 miles round trip to the wonderfully helpful Debbie (Herts Franchisee). The website continually seems to have issues with no products being listed … seriously wondering whether we continue with this food for our four month old when it’s been such hard work to date and the lack of product consistency is a real worry

We was using Trophy for around a year before we started encountering issues in December.

Our first order wasn’t received at all with no explanation as to where it was as. This was then refunded and we ordered another two bags in the hopes that this issue was a one off issue. Sadly this wasn’t the case and after waiting over the 10 day turn around period I emailed to ask about my order multiple times when I was told that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock which is very frustrating as it was clear this wasn’t going to be communicated unless I chased.

It’s a real shame that this is the case following, I assume, new owners. I’ll be switching to another brand that can consistently deliver as it’s not great to have to keep switching a dog’s food.

I have been waiting 10 days since you took payment and acknowledged my order but as yet I have not had any update on delivery etc.
Not a great advert for animal welfare or how to run a business.
I am having to go out in the morning to buy a different dog food or allow my dog to starve due to the ineptitude of your company.
I have been loyal to you for over 12 years and this is how you repay me.
If the order does not arrive tomorrow (27th) then I will take it that you do not value me as a customer and no longer want my business.

Been waiting for a delivery since 3rd of January, been phoning last two days and no answers on phone. Ran out of dog food completely so having to buy other food for my dog. Shocking experience and poor service

I have found Matt Cose, who delivers Trophy food to me for my dog and my cat, to be knowledgable, helpful, reliable and always cheerful. It has simplified my life considerably knowing when he comes to my area so I am able to order food when I need it, and that he brings it right to the door, and into my kitchen, should I need it.

Great service and product from Matt Trophy Torbay who always follows up any questions that we might have. It's quite something to receive such quality customer service these days. The dog (Buzz) always enjoys the food at mealtimes and as training treats.

Cheerful helpful advice on dog feeding matters and very responsive to delivering at short notice.

Following my query on what happens to the large plastic sacks I am happy that I can leave them for Matt to collect with the next delivery and recycle.
