Want a fair price on a good quality hotel? TripAdvisor it! You can even find reviews on sight seeing and attractions which helps to plan day trips and holidays. I love the TripAdvisor app and use it often to scope out new places or simply to offer advice to other people looking to share an experience. It’s a world of knowledge right there in your pocket!

Whether I have to pick out a restaurant, a spa or a holiday/sightseeing destination, Tripadvisor is always a reliable platform to help me making a good choice and thus have an enjoyable experience.

We find the reviews by other travellers very helpful when trying to choose accommodation. We also find the list of accommodation suggestions on the TripAdvisor site useful sometimes.

Always interesting and up to date information on places and venues to check out before one travels either locally or overseas.

I find that Tripadvisor is the place I go to find out if a place or accommodation is right for me. Most occasions I have found that the reviews are accurate and the star rating by reviewers is a great help also. I usually check more than one website for accommodation but always rely finally on the Tripadvisor reviews.
The forum facility is great, especially when you have a trip in mind but there are no reviews or much information available. Then you can get first-hand information from people who have been there and you can ask specific questions about certain aspects of the location. I don't know what I would do without Tripadvisor.

Tripadvisor is a great tool to use to find accommodation in the area you want to visit.

Your response to questions is extremely poor. It is seldom that I get a response when I ask a question!

It's grown in use which is good to see but the staff who check reviews before they are posted could have a better grasp over poetic license.

I like sharing my views on places that i have visited. And the same goes by looking at other opinions on places that i may or want to visit. I also like trip advisor giving ideas which gives a thought in planning your next holiday. The only negative is re trip advisor asking about places that you haven't visited for a review when you are just looking. Otherwise its a 9/10.

No matter where I hear or read about a restaurant, accommodation or experience I always cross check with Trip Adviser for a deeper understanding of what they are all about. A balance of the negatives and positives give me the balance I need before committing.

As we travel a lot within and beyond Australia, we seek to satisfy at least three criteria: are we using the appropriate means of transport; are we going to meet our rest and accommodation needs; are we finding the best local eating places to satisfy not only our appetites but our appreciation of the local area, and are we seeing the best that our destination has to offer in terms places of interest. We have found that TripAdvisor consistently provides that advice through their reviews and alerts to places that we might otherwise miss. We like to be informed, and we know that the reviews and advice of other travellers are invaluable to us in forming our opinions on where to go, what to see and where to stay. They, through TripAdvisor, has added much to the quality of our travel experiences.

Generally you are a great service to people wanting to know about information relating to travel, accommodation, restaurants and the rest. In posting my reviews I find there are insufficient options sometimes to choose from, thereby potentially giving inaccurate or misleading information. Need broader options to describe a particular facility. Cheers.

TripAdvisor is the first site I visit when I am planning a holiday. Not only checking hotels and restaurants but viewing the forams are a great way of eliminating any queries you may have about your holiday destination. The travellers photos give you a credible idea of accomodation etc, as opposed to the "Management Photos" which can be sometimes a bit photoshopped!!. Also distances, maps, flights, whats nearby etc, all the information is at your fingertips.
I would be lost preparing my holidays without TripAdvisor.

Tripadvisor is my go to site when I'm travelling albeit in Australia or Overseas. The reviews I find are honest and truthful and give you a good insight as to what and where you are travelling or staying.
