Simple and Stylish
Treats Studio is fairly new to me but can honestly say they have nailed a simple but stylish clothing range
I purchased the Sloane Slub set in white and can’t wait to wear it
If they started selling the tops and bottoms separate I imagine this would be a massive plus for many people including myself as I would prefer the bigger size top but need the smaller bottoms
All in all, some lovely sets

Amazing experience
Amazing experience.
Ordered a waffle pouch and got sent one with a different colour than what I selected. Emailed and had a response within 5 minutes and a new one was sent next day delivery!

SUPER LOW QUALITY
I purchased a two piece tracksuit for my fiancé. Looks greats.
However, don’t be fooled by the quality of these. Totally unwearable after two outings. Washed as per the care instructions and all bobbling.
Customer service shocking saying all their materials are tested blah blah blah. Looks like a lot of reviews on here are of similar sort.
Avoid buying from these unless you want to pay high prices for super low quality!
Case has been opened with the credit card company due to Treats lack of customer care and accountability.
Lots of 1* reviews. I wish I had seen these before ordering!
We will not be back !!

Absolute scammers - do not shop here
Absolute scammers. Do not shop here. I sent back both items I ordered as they were so big & long and also I didn’t think the quality was worth the price whatsoever. I returned both items and now this scamming company are trying to say that they’ve only recieved one of the items back and therefore have only refunded me back half. I’m having to take this up with my bank to raise to chargeback. I will never shop with this BS brand again.

We’re very sorry to read your review and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We did, however, want to clarify a few points regarding the return.
Your return was fully investigated by our warehouse team, including a review of CCTV footage from the returns process, which showed that only one item was received back within the parcel. This was reviewed internally and the evidence was also shared with you directly. As only one item was physically returned to us, we were only able to process a refund for that item in line with our returns procedure.
We would also like to reassure you that we take all customer concerns extremely seriously and have robust checking processes in place to ensure returns are handled fairly and accurately for every customer.
It’s also worth noting that this was the second parcel issued in relation to your order, as we had previously arranged and sent a replacement after your original parcel was reported as stolen. Throughout the process, we have worked to support and assist where possible.
We completely understand that this outcome may be disappointing, however the refund issued reflects the item received back by our warehouse and, following a full review, our position on this matter remains unchanged.

Disappointed
I have previously ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas and the late checkout set all which have been fine and lovely, however my last purchase was the soft late checkout set in black, completely different material to the old style checkout sets, normally love everything from the brand but once parcel arrived I excitedly opened it, put the outfit on great, cut the tags out, wore it on one school run so approximately 45 minutes and all the material was fraying, the trousers the top everywhere. Contacted customer services with pictures of the frayed material the very next day and they came back and said unfortunately that is the nature of the material?! Like what? I haven’t even washed it and had worn for less then an hour for the price point I was highly disappointed that I’ve paid £75 to wear something for 45 mins and now can’t wear out again. If the material is that delicate why not state that in the description. After questioning this customer service offered me a refund of £7.50 which I found massively offensive since they could see I have bought lots of bits before unfortunately this has now put me off purchasing anything else from this brand which is a shame as I do love the products. Very disappointed

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your recent experience. I completely understand your frustration, especially as you’ve previously been happy with your orders and are a returning customer.
All of our items are supplied with a care label and washing guidance inside the packaging, which is there to help ensure the best possible care is taken of the garment and to maintain its quality over time. We also thoroughly test our fabrics before launch; however, as with all clothing, the way an item wears can vary depending on individual use and care.
We do have policies in place which we follow consistently to ensure all customers are treated fairly and equally. This means each case is reviewed in line with the same guidelines, regardless of order history, so that outcomes remain fair across the board.
I am genuinely sorry that this has not been the outcome you were hoping for and that it has left you feeling disappointed. That is never the experience we want for our customers, particularly returning ones like yourself.

My order arrived and I LOVED the pieces I had chosen. Unfortunately one of the pieces had a couple of marks, I sent an email to customer services and by 9:30am the next day a new order had been generated and sent. The customer service and products are just amazing!

Unbelievable quality products and unbelievable service! I have been a loyal treats customer for over 2 years and have been so impressed with the quality of their products. They are versatile, I can style them up and down, casual or smart. In the rare occasion where I have needed to contact customer service for a quick fix, they respond immediately and are able to find a solution. 10/10 customer service. Also a massive thumbs up for the soft pyjamas which are a great present buy!

My first and last order
I spent over £400 on one order with treats. I sent a few items back as I didn't think the quality was worth the price and had to chase for a refund as it took longer than the time frame stated on their website. They refunded as soon as they saw my message though so was easy enough. However I wish I had sent the entire order back. I purchased one of the shirts that you can button up to cinch in the waist. After 1 wear and wash the item shrunk significantly. And I washed as per the care instructions on the label! The shirt was now too small so I couldn't button up the waist. I emailed treats and was told there was nothing they could do apart from issue a 10% refund.. not good enough in my opinion. I was willing to send the shirt back as proof it had shrunk and was hoping for a replacement but I was told I couldn't prove how I had washed it! So now I have a shirt that's too small and I have it in another colour that I haven't yet worn. Once that's been washed I expect not to be able to wear that again either. Unfollowed on all social media and will never purchase again. Totally overhyped by influencers just like adanola.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your experience, and I understand your frustration, particularly given the size of your order and the expectations you had when purchasing from us.
With regard to your original return, I appreciate your comments about the refund delay. While this was resolved once brought to our attention, I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
In relation to the shirt, all of our fabrics and garments are extensively tested before launch to ensure they meet our quality standards and perform as expected when cared for in line with the care instructions provided.
However, once an item has been worn and washed, we are unfortunately unable to verify how it has been cared for after it leaves us, even where customers believe the instructions have been followed correctly. Because of this, we have to assess these situations in line with our policies and apply those policies consistently across all orders. This means we are unable to offer a replacement or full refund once an item has been worn and washed.
I appreciate that this is not the resolution you were hoping for, and I am sorry for your disappointment.
