Bought a necklace which came in good time and good condition. Unfortunately had to send it back as the item was no longer needed. Customer service team were very helpful. I even made a mistake returning and was able to receive my full refund which I was not expecting!!

I purchased a small balloon pendant necklace which fell off my neck. Although I was really disappointed by this, treats studio kindly offered to refund me the full price of the necklace. I must say this is a massive difference from dealing with many companies nowadays.
The emails back and forward were really quick and the person I was dealing with promptly refunded me. Taking this in to account I’d say their customer service is really good and I would purchase from them again. They obviously care about their reputation unlike many competitors.

My necklace kept un-fastening everytime I wore it meaning I could no longer wear the necklace that was gifted to me as a present for the arrival of my baby. They offered to send me another necklace but an empty box arrived? After this they assured me they did send it with a necklace in it? But are now refusing to help me further and saying it’s not there issue… such a disappointing service.

Firstly, the product itself is amazing and my wife loved it! Secondly and most importantly, the customer service is second to none. I am a manager of a customer service team within a private bank dealing with prestigious clients and the efficiency, friendliness, generosity and overall service delivered by Treats and specifically Sophie would stand out even in my workplace. Outstanding

I had to return a product but had lost the original packaging and Sophie G was extremely helpful and understanding, helping me book the return and saved me from worrying about the missing packaging. All in all a good experience and I would buy again!

The product is stunning - unfortunately I’ve had endless problems with the fastening of the necklace & on three occasions now my necklace has just randomly fallen off my neck. I did speak to a lovely lady who replaced my necklace twice which I thought was incredibly kind of them but even now with the two ball fastening the necklace is still falling off & I’ve now become scared to wear it incase of loosing it which I did today but thankfully was picked up in a shop and handed in. Such a shame cause the product itself is so unique and beautiful & the customer service is amazing - the fastening is just a real pain and faulty.

Absolutely love my balloon necklace, I reached out as the fastening on my necklace seemed to be faulty and kept opening. Sophie G got back to me right away and issued a replacement - received an email the same day to say order has been shipped. Great experience ❤️

When I first made an order here, the delivery courier stole my original order. I emailed customer service and they were very apologetic and offered to send out another phone case for me free of charge. The customer service is great. Thank you for all your help.

I received a faulty product and wrote to customer service, and within 12 hours I had a replacement shipped! Excellent customer service, who handled everything very professionally. Fantastic customer service. I love my balloon letter necklace but there was a small issue with one of the letters. Thankfully the CSR was quick to find a solution. I’d definitely recommend this company and their products to my friends and family.

I had ordered a necklace for my friend. From ordering the. Necklace to the delivery the process was seamless. My friend wanted to change the name I had ordered so we returned and reordered. The customer service was amazing. Very happy with the service we had received. Would definitely reorder. Waiting for letter P to come in stock for our next order.

Customer service has been great! I lost my mini balloon necklace due to the design not being secure enough. I expressed over email how I was so gutted that it’s been lost due to the security of necklace, the design of it is gorgeous and I wouldn’t want any other customer to encounter this issue. I had a reply the following day offering to send me out a new necklace FOC, I was so happy!! Will definitely be purchasing again🩷
