I am writing this review to share a very upsetting experience my family had with Travelsure.
We booked a holiday through this company and completed all the necessary arrangements in advance. Everything seemed confirmed, and we were looking forward to our trip. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were shocked to be told that there were no tickets booked under our names.
At first, we thought it was a misunderstanding. We tried to resolve the issue at the airport, but after speaking with the airline staff, they confirmed that there was absolutely no booking in their system for us. This left us completely stranded.
This situation turned into a disaster, especially because we were traveling with three children. Imagine being at the airport with your family, expecting to go on holiday, only to find out that your trip doesn’t exist. It was stressful, confusing, and extremely upsetting for all of us.
We attempted to contact Travelsure immediately to understand what had happened, but we received no response at all. Even now, we are still waiting for an explanation or any form of accountability.
This experience has caused us not only emotional distress but also financial loss and disruption to our plans.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. Based on our experience, the lack of communication, reliability, and responsibility is completely unacceptable.

Travelsure we found great to deal with . However there underwriters the Davies group are not .When making our first ever claim due to a holiday disaster that sadly happened , found them to be unprofessional, incoherent and totally inconsistent, they even compensated us with a paltry amount to say sorry for there inefficiencies. Beware if you need to claim! !

The travel sure team were amazing
The travel sure team were amazing, our needs were quite complicated as Umrah with a disabled person has many challenges, but Alhumdulillah the accommodation and transfers were just fantastic SubhanAllah. Allowing us to have the most spiritual Umrah possible. Knowing that we are in good hands. Would highly recommend.
