Booked an Umrah package with Al Muqadas Travel (affiliate of Times Travel Ltd, ATOL 74904) and paid £599 into their corporate NatWest account.On 25 June, they claimed my flight was cancelled. It has been nearly a month and they refuse to refund me. The agent (Ayeesha) stopped replying properly and deleted their bank details from our chat.I have launched a formal police case with Action Fraud and a fraud claim with my bank. They only refunded me after I dropped a negative review here, after which they kept begging me to remove the review. Do your due diligence before travelling with them.

Team provides excellent services, are always helpful and help you with any inquiries or questions regarding the trip and services. I highly recommend them!!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After taking my deposit, Communication became very poor, and it was extremely difficult to Get responses. Following my payment, I was informed that additional charges would apply, which I was not expecting.
Based on my Experience, I would advisE others to be cautious and makesure they have all costs and terms confirmed in writing before proceeding with a booking.

because I kept on changing the dates of travel a couple of times. I honestly can't thank her enough for her service and support.

Everything was perfect and On time. Whenever i want some help or any kind of query or question the staff specially Sister Ayesha she was very humble person and always answered my questions within like 4 to 5 minutes .

I planned to travel for Umrah at a short notice prior to Umrah visits being paused prior to Hajj. Almuqadastravel was excellent for curating a 5 day package ( air travel , hotels and visa in Makkah and Madina) for me within a couple of days at a competitive price. I must commend Ayesha, their representative, as a person to go to, updating and reassuring me about the visa and hotel arrangements. She also sent me intermittent messages during my visit, checking how things were going. This made it a very personalised service. I gave her some feedback on more information to be available on different ways to travel when in Saudia, different terminals in Jeddah, travel arrangements between both terminals as different flights arrive at different terminals distance apart and to offer exact info regarding walking distance from hotel to women praying areas. She took it on board. I have found working with this agency and particularly Ayesha a pleasant experience and shall try them again. I highly recommend their service.
