Besides having to wait a little too long for my call to be answered, the service Ireceived from the lady who dealt with me was excellent. Clearly outlining the options I had and explaining the way each worked. Enabled me to choose the option that suited me.

I spoke to Ilana this morning and was very impressed by the way she handled my call. She was polite and had a very clear speaking voice. She sounded like a very nice lady and extremely competent.

I switched to digital for my landline RYAN was brilliant, patient and very helpful and resolved all the problems, I’m up and running again very quickly, can’t thank him enough

Our Mum was getting charged for the calls relating to her fall alarm, and they were quite expensive. The charges were not from Transparent Telecom, nor the fall alarm company, but from the land-line providers, Openreach. Openreach are, apparently, impossible to contact, but David at Transparent Telecom arranged a refund for those charges to date, and for a call package to be added, free of charge, to cover the cost of any future calls. Thank you, David. Our Mum is very grateful as she was worrying about the costs.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it did take quite a time and quite a few phone calls and emails to sort out.

As a sceptic I thought ringing Transparent Telecom
would be painful but to my surprise Elle was very helpful. Provided me with helpful advice in order to reduce my bills stripping out services that I was paying for unwittingly. I was thinking of terminating my contract but decided to maintain my account with TT

The customer service provided by Leana has been exceptional. I don’t know if I can say this but prior to TT I was with BT and their customer service was shockingly bad. It is like night and day. I am very grateful that honest companies have come through n to challenge the big players. It helps everyone. 10 out of 10. Thanks again Liana.

Sophie was very helpful but we were promised a paper itemised bill which we still have not received. Our bills are getting higher and we don’t know why. Are there hidden charges?
