Terrible experience with this shambolic company avoid at all costs
They take more from your account than you agreed
We started off with no internet for 6 weeks
Because they send you a cheap router that doesn’t work
The internet connection is terrible I did a speed test today and came up with zero, it constantly is on and off and it knocks your phones off too so customers cannot call you
Detrimental to a business
The sales people lie promise you the earth and deliver a headache
you call you leave a message lucky if you get a call back within a week, customer service is shocking

I was promised a smooth transition and this hasn’t happened almost 4 weeks with no landline and over a week with no WiFi we are a business and we need the phone for people to make appointments as a business we are losing thousands.
They slammed me after I had told them they hadn’t closed my contract with my old supplier and I was then going to stay with my old supplier as they weren’t helping resolve my problem they then at that stage nearly two weeks after I moved cancelled my contract with talk talk without my consent.
I have rang and rang and rang and can’t get speaking to anyone that can help they keep telling me someone will get in touch and nobody has. I have rang all day today and nobody has picked up, I now wonder how they purposely ignoring my calls.
I’m stuck as no other provider can access my account as they won’t get back to me.

SCAMMERS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
If i could give a minus i would, this company are scammers, they told me at the beginning that they would cover the cost for me to move from my other supplier 4com to them, otherwise why would i move, they lied even though i have emails to prove they said this to me, i have asked them for the call recordings too, as every call will say what i was told the truth, how convenient they never come back to me with the call recordings.
there service is terrible, the first 6 week i had no internet connection as a business this is not on and made life very difficult.
You can never get through to anyone on the phone, you have to request a call back and you are lucky if you get a call a week later on
We agreed on a cost of £85.00 and in the first month they took over £600 without telling me, since then they keep taking £120.00 then refund then take the same amount again, its been an absolute headache the whole process.
All liars and scammers.

Unacceptable
You haven’t provided the service that you promised to do & haven’t full filled the expectations that you said you were going to do in order which in turn convinced me to switch from my current supplier! You’ve caused nothing but problems & in response to this we’ve lost business because of it! It’s unacceptable!
