love their products. I take ZMO before bed and it really helps calm me down and improve my sleep. I also use their protein powder—Chocolate Peanut Butter is by far my favorite. I’ve tried S’mores and Blueberry Pancake (my wife wanted to try that one), but they weren’t really for me. I like trying new flavors, but I keep going back to chocolate peanut butter.
I also use their HMB/creatine. The taste isn’t my favorite, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, so I stick with it.
One thing that really stands out to me is that their products are third-party tested and actually work. That’s a big deal for me, and it’s why I trust and continue to buy from them.
On top of that, their customer service is incredible. I’ve had a couple of issues in the past, and both times they went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve never worked with another company that stands behind their products like this—they truly do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy.

The Milk Chocolate is easily the standout for flavor in this range. However, living in New Zealand, I’ve noticed a distinct difference when comparing this to some of our local brands. While the Transparent Labs profile is excellent, I find that local NZ-sourced whey tends to be slightly more palatable and easier on the gut.

Excellent Customer Service. I've ordered TL products from Amazon while I never had an issue with TL products I have had issues with Amazon on other items and finding resolution was a headache. I recently ordered directly from TL and I messed up my order. TL's Customer Service was easy to reach and quickly addressed my problem. My go to products. The quality is top notch. Also, excellent service. For some reason my phone area code wont allow me to dial the customer service number but I used their support email and they responded and took care of my problem within a day.

Customer service is great. Pretty quick and responsive. But auto(advertising) Emails are too frequent.

Transparent Labs's value is UNMATCHED when you consider how healthy and well-formulated their products are. I had stayed away from supplementation for a long time, and when I educated myself I knew I needed a CLEAN brand I could trust. Happy to report that I have been using TL's whey protein isolate and electrolye powder every day for the past 3 years, and never had any issues. I recommend them to everyone because their supplements have the most nutrients and cleanest ingregients at very reasonable price points.

Order #3396376. Paid on March 23. It’s now April 2—no product, no shipping info, and zero response to my emails or calls. Extremely unprofessional for a 'top-tier' brand. I've been a loyal user, but the total lack of support is a dealbreaker. Do not order until they figure out how to pick up a phone.
