Everything with TL has been great so far. All the products taste great. On top of that I ordered the wrong flavor of protein and I tried to contact them to switch before they shipped it, but I was too late. Instead they sent me out the flavor I wanted free of charge. I’ve worked in and dealt with customer service my entire adult life and that right there is top tier customer service!

Answered all questions quickly. Great customer service which is hard to get these days. Great products.

I’m 71. I’ve been training 53 years. I’ve seen garbage come and go. I’ve pretty much tried it all. Here’s my review … BUY THIS STUFF !! The Bulk pre-workout is well worth the money. Taste is what you would expect. Results are what you WANT and what you will get. I just ordered my 3rd jug. Nuff said.

There was an issue processing the order. I felt like it was the site’s fault and I initially received mis-messaging about my order. All it took was reaching out to customer service with an email and all was resolved above my expectations in a timely manner. Will keep being their customer. The product is also great and in line with what I want out of whey with clean ingredients.

They honored a sale price and gave me free shipping so I would save all money I was supposed to, other wise I would only have saved $2, but saved the entire 10%.

I love TL protein powders, and I was on a subscription. But the orders were arriving before I needed more. This last time, I didn't catch the renewal and tried to cancel it before it shipped. They were unable to stop the order, but they told me to keep the product and offered me a full refund. I was amazed at the quick response from customer service as well as the reward for being a loyal customer. I will stay with TL for their excellence in product and customer service.
