This company fined us for parking when using the restaurant, so it was issued illegally. I’ve appealed it once and was totally ignored and reissued the fine, even though the restaurant said they’d cancel it. They are a cowboy company.

I have a season ticket for Wicksteed Park but have had 3 parking tickets from this company.
Have rang and e mailed them and they offer no help.

Absolute joke of a company and the staff are even worse. Machine not working, called office to get code and still got pcn? Apparantly have to appeal the rejected appeal only to give the same info and now they took it to bw legal. Call the office and they hang up on you. I wasn't aware of popla and now the code has expired to appeal through them. Scam of a company, do not use their sites!

They are totally unreasonable when an honest mistake has been made. Boycott their sites!

Absolute scam artists, fining £85 for a free carpark. Signs not clear. Always reject appeal and try to bully you into a bribe of the fee being less if paid in 14 days. Google pcn, not legally enforceable (they have no law on their side), absolute scam and you shouldn't pay them. See money savings expert for expert advice. Lining their pockets. Shambles and should be ashamed.

I'd like to add those who gave a good review as they entered the wrong reg and say they "kindly" reduced the fine... There's a reason. The rules have changed and they can't fine you for incorrectly entering reg wrong. Legally they can't fine you anyway.
...so when they reduce its cos they know they won't ever be able to get the money from you. Nor can their "legal" team. Let them take you to court.

They rejected our appeal without a second thought or any consideration, threatened us that if we appealed to POPLA then the fine will go up.... Appealed anyway (costing the company money) and we won!

ALWAYS fight these cowboy companies.

I received a Parking Charge Notice for allegedly not paying my fee. I have a ticket for £2.40 that I paid. I have gone through the whole process of appealing through yourselves and POPLA and LOST. You say I didn’t enter my full registration which as per the ticket is correct. But I did enter the full registration number when paying my fee (WHY WOULD I NOT ? ). Obviously the evidence suggests I didn’t and this is one of the reasons I am complaining. Why was I not warned that I had entered an invalid number. (I don’t know of any cars that only have a one letter registration) The second reason for my complaint having gone through the whole process of appealing was that I now find I have to pay the full £70 because it’s taken so long that it has exceeded the 14 days in which to pay the lower charge. Surely it should remain at £40 until the appeal process is complete.
I have reluctantly paid the £70 (you’re probably thinking why reply then ) but I won’t be using that car park again or any car park that has your name to it. I have also made my family and friends aware.

I visted a car park in Rye which stated that parking was free after 4pm. I received a parking ticket stating that I had been there at 1pm. I actually arrived after 4pm. I challenged the parking ticket. They then sent me a second ticket for when I said I had arrived on the basis that I had overstayed. I refused to pay so they took me to county court. I am delighted to confirm I won! These people are scammers and the lawyers they use mislead and make erroneous witness statements. The issue is that in order to fight these people it costs too much in legal fees so they get away with scamming people because it is relatively low cost. If you have the time go to court and challenge these people I did and I won!

This company is a joke they ask you to appeal, once you ur money goes double the price without explaining to you reason why. Without a letter if my appeal was cancel or not they sending deb collector to come and take money . Avoid this thief’s at all cost

Nasty Horrible mean
I was doing an install project at a gym in Bethnal Green & can prove i was working on site.
I was given a parking ticket & appealed it.
They refused my appeal & charged me double because of the length of time it took for me to communicate with them £120
I offered to pay the original fine £60,
they where not willing to budge.

Horrible company, scummy business practices, agents are extremely rude. If you are a business owner or just a citizen with a car, AVOID!

This company is disgusting. They have a car park near a NHS hospital which thr staff use and football club parents also use. When my son started the club, I was told I wouldn't have to pay as he attends the football. Therefore you can imagin the shock when I got a ticket. I explained to the company why j was appealing and they did not think that was a good enough reason. I do feel sorry for the NHS staff that also pay everyday to use this carpark as it is not cheap!

I writing against this company as a member of exercise for less your allowed 3 hours free parking as I attended the gym my car was park in new Cross shopping centre and of course I was wrong giving a ticket these people hide to catch you but I had registered in the gym but the machine was faulty even exercise for less have pointed this out to the company they not given a dam as a good will jester they reduced 20.00 off I have strong evidence and will not make any payment I left the gym because of this company and I sure many will follow suit I have evidence and willing to go to court with this evil lot the new Cross shopping centre Hamilton watch they hide to trying catch you TPS unfair corrupt and I not pay nothing exercise for less have my evidence

Fraudsters be careful i had parking ticket which was by the error of them selfs and they inform me that they dont care about if its legitimate or not i have to pay it or the charges will soon be much higher, complain about them and guy told be that they are one of the worst parking company in the UK EVOID!!!

Can anyone help me, I entered the 8 Dantzic street car park at 18:19, however I went to the machine and realised its not working so I fiddled about and realised it you can do it online so I paid online from 18:50-19:50 an hour parking, I have prove of the receipt but I still got a fine even though I paid it says that I overstayed but on the letter it shows I left at 19:39 I don’t get why I got a fine? Even though I had 10 minutes left on my ticket? Can anyone tell me what I should do?

They are crooks. Their machine wasn't working, I photographed it. I had penalty ticket which I appealed with the photo. Guess what, appeal denied saying if I couldn't pay I shouldn't have parked. If you use their app, which I couldn on the day, you get stung for vat and admin charges on top of the parking fee, which h you find out about when you check your bank statement. Lower than low, four fathoms lower than shark s##t

This is the 3rd time of getting a ticket from these bunch of crooks. The machines are never working but nobody ever checks. First time the machine wouldn't except money and got a ticket. Second and third time I paid, entered my reg but no ticket came out the machine.. I looked at all the other cars and they had no tickets either so I'm guessing they now have a fine in the post 😡.
