The car park in Wolford road Leicester…
The car park in Wolford road Leicester is to tight for todays cars. Stair case is dirty. Would not go there again.
Extremely unprofessional company
Extremely unprofessional company. I'm a resident with valid parking rights, yet received two parking tickets simply because I use rental cars. Despite repeated emails explaining the situation and disputing both tickets, I received no proper response. Instead, they passed the matter to debt recovery, demanding £170. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat residents. Terrible customer service and complete lack of communication.

Shame on TFL for hiring these charlatans.

This is a fraudulent organisation that pretends to keep order, whilst breaking several industry Codes of Practice. They sent my details to bailiffs without sending me the charge notice. Then they give me 7 days 'as a gesture of goodwill' when the law says they should send the PCN within 14 days of getting my details from DVLA, and give me 14 days to pay 40% less. Pirates are running the car park. I am taking my complaint to governing bodies including DVLA. Please contact me if you want me to add your story. We are stronger together.

Another company scamming British people out of money.
What a scam of a company
I paid the fee for parking whilst at a hotel. this was a locked gate carpark . i was then hit by a fine as i "parked in the wrong area"!!!!!! I appealed and they couldnt give a dam just wanted my money. These people are legal criminals and the government should stop these people making huge amouts of money off of law abiding people. Shame on NPC, and Rachel Hulme ( head of collections... more like head of scamming people) and i hope you have your just desserts soon.
I have received a letter for debt…
I have received a letter for debt recovery DCBL on a parking fine, which I never knew I had! this is the first time I have heard of it( date of offence 07/07/2026 and I am being threatened with court it is now September. The National parking group limited are who they are apparently collecting on behalf of? I have ben on hold for over 45 minutes to try and speak to someone to see what prof they actually have and prof they have tried to contact me as I have heard nothing?? shocking
Very poor experience with National…
Very poor experience with National Parking Management.
I received a parking charge for using a Parent & Child bay despite my child being in the vehicle with me. I remained inside the vehicle with my child while the child's mother went into the shop.
I appealed and clearly explained what happened, but the appeal was rejected. Their response appears to rely on the fact that they did not see a child entering or exiting the vehicle, rather than evidence that no child was actually present.
A photograph showing an adult leaving a vehicle without a child does not prove that there was no child inside the vehicle.
Extremely frustrating experience and, in my opinion, a completely unreasonable way to deal with a genuine Parent & Child parking situation. I will be taking the matter to the Independent Appeals Service.
Unauthorised Parking in My Private Parking Space
There sometimes a car parks my private parking spot, after reporting, there had never been officers sent to give ticket. There is nothing they did to deal with the issue.
Stopped my car to drop someone off
Stopped my car to drop someone off, received a “parking” fine. Timed at 1 minute, 39 seconds of “parking”. Absolute joke.
Staff on the phone completely useless, just a money grabbing scheme.
Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks. I rent a parking space in a residential block. Around April, the system changed from a paper pass on the dashboard, to ANPR, and there were notices around the building stating that information from the paper passes would be automatically transferred over to the new system. For some reason mine wasn’t, and I received 6 parking tickets. I appealed and even sent them photographs of my paper pass and the notices about the new system, but they still rejected my appeals. Zero common sense. My case only got resolved when the building management company told NPC to cancel them, but only after I’d been round the houses numerous times. They’re either crooked or clowns, or probably both!
Inadequate communication
No letters were sent to my address until appeal period for the fine had passed and fine had increased from £100 to £170. I kept my valid ticket but as they gave me no notice of the fine until too late, I couldn’t appeal and had to pay full £170.
Disgusting company
Parked at a business with an ANPR parking system operated by NPC. It’s worth noting the parking available was FREE. The company advised they have had known issues with NPC and that I should ensure I put my number plate in the machine. I did. Twice. Knowing how poor NPC are as a company. Weeks later I get a fine through the door. I spoke with the company who provided CCTV evidence that I had infact input my number plate. However. The Appeal was ignored by NPC. They then escalated the matter 4months later to a debt collection agency for £170 (FOR FREE PARKING). As this was a complete shock to me as NPC had not been in touch in 4months I contacted them to which I was met with a completely diabolical morale response. They lied about their attempts to contact me and were purposefully obstructive, deceitful and threatening in their approach to bully people in to paying them money. It is against every morale fibre in my body to pay this complete fabricated parking fine for what was FREE parking. I clearly followed instructions but due to my current personal circumstances and unrealistic timelines set by NPC has left me with no choice but to pay or risk huge financial implications if county court judgements are raised. I think it is absolutely disgusting what NPC do as a business and quite frankly if it wasn’t for my personal circumstances would happily go to court to highlight how unrepuatble they are as a business. I have a firm belief they do not operate legally or morally in the interests of the public as they withhold information and are purposefully obstructive in order to scam people out of money. From looking online, this seems to be their entire operating model and something that I hope will catch up with them one day.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. I was told provide proof I had a permit, which I did, and they still charged me £20 after I sent in a complaint saying I was dissapointed with the lack of goodwill for a resident for one PCN and £60 for a second claiming I failed to provide clear evidence! I sent a photo of the permit inside my car what more do they want from me? They obviously can link my name and address to the name and address of who they sent the permit to!
Appalling Company
I was called to this site as an emergency worker responding to an urgent incident at a large student accommodation building. When I arrived, there were already two fire engines on site. I spoke with the firefighters, who confirmed that the fire alarm had been triggered falsely and that they were waiting for the maintenance team to isolate the alarm. The fire alarm activation had caused the building’s internal water pumps in the plant room to shut down, leaving the flats without water.
Once the maintenance team isolated the fire alarm, the water pumps restarted and the water supply to the flats was restored. I remained on site for approximately 20 minutes while carrying out my duties.
Despite attending the site in an emergency capacity, I was issued with a £60 parking charge. I submitted an appeal, providing detailed evidence to support the reason for my attendance. Unfortunately, the appeal was rejected with what appeared to be a generic response that did not meaningfully address the evidence I had provided.
Based on my experience, I found the appeals process to be disappointing and lacking proper consideration of the circumstances.
One star is generous
One star is generous! I was issued a parking fine despite displaying the necessary parking permit on the dashboard. I appealed and they declined stating 'no parking on the roadway at anytime. I called to query the appeal decision and waited 20mins before someone answered. They were most unhelpful when they did and very robotic. Clearly given the same script to read from. Apparently there are no managers available to speak to. WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN PARKING OUTSIDE DANIEL DEFOE HALLS, LOVIBOND LANE FOR GREENWICH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS!
Honestly I have no words
Honestly I have no words. I appealed my ticket after parking in the same place for 13 years to visit my gp. They changed the rules 2 days prior to me parking. I was ill my son had just passed away. Now I have dbcl saying I owe £170. I never received a reply losing my appeal. Im devastated that now somehow I have to pay.
This company are completely useless
This company are completely useless, are meant to be controlling our site don't turn up in fact have made the parking situation a lot worse people have realised thuis and park all over the site. Complain about the lack of patrolling is a waste of time as nothing changes. Again completely useless.
