Excellent customer service and really well priced hockey equiptment.
I ordered a pair of addidas lux boots, socks and Osaka shin pads online and my stuff arrived today. They are all really great and I paid alot less than all the other hockey stores out there. Totally recommend!

Great custimer service. Have previously enquired about product availability and had a very quick response. Ordering was easy and the videos in the order and shipping confirmation emails are a great wee touch. Item arrived earlier than expected which was nice. Just have to hope nicola lets me use it at some point 😂

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
Literally, the best service. I spoke to Cam in the Bretford shop and explained Direct Hockey had badly let me down on delivery of an Osaka hockey bag for my son's BD. She checked they had the same bag in stock and I got it THE NEXT DAY, and in time for my son's BD tomorrow (even though it was supposed to arrive the day after). She was nice to talk to and professional. Compared to Direct Hockey, Total Hockey are head and shoulders above. Thank you and also to Cam. Top marks
