I've worked with Toolkit on 2 projects now and I've been equally satisfied on each occasion.
I'd definitely recommend Toolkit Websites to anyone looking for a professional website.

I pretty well knew what I wanted but needed someone with the technical expertise, creativity, and patience to work with me to perfect it.
Reasonable prices didn't hurt either although that's not why I chose to work with them.

I'd read Toolkits' reviews on the web and after a couple of chats, decided to go with them.
Their website said they conduct business in a certain way ( revisions, answering calls etc.). And they did that 100%.... no Surprises.
Glad I went with them as the experience proved even better than I thought!

Every person from the initial contact I made (Remko) to my project manager "Andy", and the girls in the technical department made the experience pleasant.
I'm a perfectionist (as they soon found out) but not once did anyone ever make me feel rushed. They seemed as determined as me to produce the site I needed!
I guess they're perfectionists too. Nice.

All good things in life take time. Precision is essential. Ask any successful business person and they'll agree. It's why I've always done well in my Business Ventures.

To make a long story short, I got the beautiful website I required and wanted, when I wanted it, and Toolkit will get what they want....repeat business that is, probably sooner than they think.
I will likely be needing them sooner than later for another project I've got.

Andy really understood my vision for the website and did incredibly well at translating my sometimes scatty descriptions of how I wanted it all to come together. A really excellent and professional service. I have 'produced' my professional website twice with dismal results. I knew what I wanted and the team at Toolkit made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to work at my pace. I have been really impressed and have asked them to work on a website for a work project as well. I received quotes ranging from half of what toolkit quoted to ten times the amount which struck me as excessive. What attracted me to toolkit was their willingness to work flexibly and the collection of very impressive websites in their portfolio. I have not been disappointed and can only recommend them.

From start to finish the service was great they listened to what I was looking for and delivered just that. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and being able to do it all over the phone and emails was ideal for me.

From initial enquiry, through to going live, the team were very polite, helpful and organised. The biggest plus for us as a company is that, since going live, the team have been in regular contact to see if they can help boost our online presence etc and you don't get many services today that do that, most take your money and take forever to get a hold of!!

Our web designer, Lanara, was excellent. We thought we knew what we wanted, but then seeing certain designs/layout, we realised we didn't quite want that. The unlimited design changes were therefore extremely useful as it enabled us to keep tweaking the designs and site until we were 100% happy. Lanara was prompt with her responses and came up with great ideas for us to look at when we weren't sure about things. Overall a fantastic company with great, attentive staff. Also, priced extremely reasonably. Would highly recommend.

I am not one to normally get involved in this type of supplier rating. In this case however I will make an exception. This was the second new webpage I have required these last few years and I am happy comparing the two experiences.....in truth and in reality though - No comparison !!
