Toolkit Websites really are a five star company to do business with. I dealt with Andy who is a true gentleman. All the technical literature was explained to me in plain English. Very fast response times to my
questions and always very polite and happy to help me. This is my second website in seven years. My business is expanding and we needed a new website to help us move to bigger premises so that we can take on more work and the new website will help to secure larger projects. Each query has been taken on board with interest, patience and followed up with care and attentiveness. I felt that Andy was working in alliance and partnership with me. Each time I spoke with him, I felt that there was a genuine and honest willingness to help. This is for me the biggest factor that influenced my satisfaction with the service.

- I found Will extremely easy to talk to with a genuine enthusiasm to help me. I appreciate his efforts and the thoroughness in taking on board my queries. He always took actions to promptly and patiently assisting me; every query was always followed up with clear and efficient updates. In particular, I really appreciate his support given me just before and after the website publication. His efforts and patient work in partnership with the developers helped me very much to get to the result that I wanted with the website.

- The team of developers. Although, I have not spoken with them I felt that they worked hard, patiently and in a very creative way to help me to get the result that I wanted.

William and Megan here are brilliant alongside the rest of the team. No matter how small or large the problem, over the past 5+ years they have done everything they can to solve this quickly and easily and explain things. They are flexible, always nice and helpful and a great company to work with. I really recommend using toolkit and they have great guides to support you on their website. It is easy to use and work through even after 5+ years and no real modifications!

I am so happy that I used Toolkit to redesign my website, they're exceptional. From the first call with David, to the follow up with Megan and thereafter all subsequent contact they were so helpful, patient and professional.

Like most non techie people I was quite daunted by the website redesign project and didn't relish the process. I need not have feared with Toolkit, the experience was so stress free. Andy was unfailingly patient and accommodated any changes I needed to make as we went along. His design work is exemplary. I also got a new logo which has elevated my brand. I also have to mention William, he was so helpful with all the really technical bits, he was very accommodating and professional. A great team.

The attentiveness to customer service and the fact that they understand that you may change your mind as you go along or see something and not like it even if you've chosen it, is very refreshing! These features stood out in my experience. As we approached the end of the project, I was reassured by their service offer and support so I hope I never have to change web designers!!
