Good price, great communication, and woodworm treatment arrived as described. There was some confusion as to where the delivery was - the tracking service said that the delivery company repeatedly attempted delivery, however the goods were actually waiting at the post office for collection. Other than that, top marks and would use again!

I was very pleased with my Ladder Stabalisers. I was a bit concerned initially,as i had an e mail to say it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days, which it was, but when i tried to register so i could trace my order, it just wouldn’t work??

Avoid. Ordered screws at price online they then emailed saying they were actually double the price and wouldn’t honour their pricing mistake.
Strange as I purchased same item week before at the lower price.

I received a kreg clamp which turned out to be faulty. I returned it to them at my own cost. This was over 6 weeks ago, maybe as much as 8 weeks ago. They keep saying that the clamp is with their supplier waiting to be tested and they have no news. Yeah right. Absolutely awful service after receiving what turned out to be a shoddy clamp. I will never use these people again and would highly advise others to stay away. Don't be fooled by their 'good deals' because if you need to return anything you'll be left out of pocket and without replacement goods. Awful awful awful.

Although I've seen some bad reviews on here, I had a faultless experience, I ordered 4 items all of which arrived quickly, efficiently and well packaged, the prices also seem very good compared to other sites, I just wish they sold more of the items I currently require.. but alas, they can't stock everything..

Ordered 6 sash clamps (2x600mm, 2x900mm and 2x1200mm) on 27th. Good price so thought I was getting a good deal. Contacted on the 28th requesting an extra £13 for delivery making the total £17.83 for delivery! Not such a good deal now. Notified of receipt of extra payment on 28th and that it had been passed to the warehouse. Finally despatched on 4th Oct however it was after their couriers cut off time so it may take an extra day to reach me (I wish!) I tried tracking it on 5th but UK Mail had no record. I was informed by Tool-Net that it would take an extra day to show on their tracking system. Finally managed to track it on 7th Oct. Delivery date was 9th Oct. This was no good so I changed it to the 10th (yesterday) It was out for delivery at 6am but as the day wore on there was no sign. At 18:45 I checked the tracker again to find it had been taken back to the delivery depot! No explanation or notification. My efforts to find out what had happened were fruitless. I finally received my package this morning. I don't understand the reason for the extra postage as the weight cannot be 30 Kg so I can only surmise it's due to the bubble wrap that's been slapped on to extend the package beyond 1400mm. I'd be interested to know how much delivery cost would be for the BS250 Bandsaw they are selling. First time I've used them and definitely the last. While I appreciate the delay in delivery from the 9th onwards was down to UK Mail it doesn't excuse the delay at their end or the, in my mind, unreasonable extra postal charge.

Edit: I didn't bother getting in touch with you due to it being 18:45 when I noted that my parcel had been returned to the delivery depot. As for the extra charges, I am aware you state these on packages over a certain weight and over 1400 mm in length but the longest clamp I ordered was 1200mm. Are you telling me that the in excess of 100mm of bubble wrap was required at either end for protection? Yet you did and that is what took it over the 1400mm length. You certainly didn't afford the rest of the package that much protection that's for sure. Your delivery charges, from my experience, are excessive and other suppliers are far more reasonable with theirs. As per my example, they don't add it to the price of the item and hide it.

Very easy to use website with so much to choose from. If I had the money I would spend a fortune with them.
I had a free delivery voucher and as i spent over the £50 minimum, I made use of it.
Contact from Tool-net has been excellent and I know to expect my stuff on monday.
Delivery is always charged but an explanation is on the website.

I ordered a Trend Varijig and accessories which were delivered within 4 days well wrapped in a large box with masses of bubble wrap. A smaller second order took 2 days. Pricing as competitive and I was kept informed of delivery status at all times.

Great selection of tools (I was like a kid in a sweet shop browsing all the products) and at a decent price too. Delivery was good with my items arriving a couple of days after ordering.

Had exactly what I wanted, it was delivered promptly with no fuss. Will definitely use again, as I've used them before! No qualms.

I have used Tool-net a few times now and have found them to be excellent.
Competitively priced products delivered when we need them. Usually order online and have had no problems, everything runs smoothly. When I have needed to call them I have found them extremely helpful.

Placed my first order with Tool-Net on Sunday 24th Sept 2017 and recieved my order at 09:30hrs on Wednesday 27th Sept 2017. Orderering was simple via the Tool-Net website, communication on how my order was progressing through to delivey notifications (UK Mail) was excellent. Excellent prices and they were very helpful answering questions prior to the order as well as updating the order once it had been placed.
Shipping (international) was quite expensive compared to other companies I have used and there was an additional fee for payment via bank transfer.
