I was surprised at the level of communication with the associate who helped me book the experience. It felt very personalized. Booking an experience is way too overcomplicated. First of all, you can never see the available dates and times before booking the experience and once you paid for it, you can only have that money in your wallet with them, no way to refund whatsoever. One experience I booked was not available on the dates I needed it so I rebooked and paid extra for another experience for a higher price and now I stuck with a bug while booking the dates for that one, not being able to proceed. Their chat is also just useless as it only repeats the same message. It's a massive waste of time and horrible user experience.

UPDATE: the support team worked around the clock to support us. Even though several of the experiences that I wanted to book could not be booked, they still helped me to find a solution and ultimately book an experience. They have been always kind and also called me up when I had no time to respond which is much appreciated. However this still took a lot of time as the real selfserv option is missing from the website and while the support team is absolutely amazing, kind, hardworking and brilliant, I do hope that Tinggly as an organization manages to solve this problem on their site. Unfortunately, I don't really have the time to email back and forth, especially not for something that could be done on the website as a selfserv option and I am sure it is the same for most users who use similar sites

Pretty hard to review: I bought an item to be delivered to the recipient at a later date. Fingers crossed it'll be fantastic. But, until it's delivered, who knows?

Great selection of activities. There was a great amount of detail & reviews on each activity which massively helped us narrow down what to go with!

The no-expiry date meant we could wait to use it on the perfect experience as well.

The site is easy to use (although rather than using the voucher code on checkout of an activity, you have to add it to your account first-which was a little different, but fine once I realised what to do).

It was all top class. The redeeming process was easy, booking was easy. And the experience was superb. We are very much into wine and travel internationally. Cape Mentelle was the best experience in Margaret River. The vineyard provided an exceptionally talented young wine specialist who walked us through the vineyards and we explored - in depth - Cape Mentelle processes. And the wine tasting with the degustation was just lovely. Five stars all the way!

The prices seem fair, and the product pages make it clear what you are purchasing. It makes an easy job of putting together a special package for any occasion.
