My interactions with customer service were genuinely great. They helped me with my order and worked with me to find a solution to my issue. They worked with me step by step until we solved the problem. They were respectful and understanding.

Ordered the gift card for a last minute gift option on Thursday. Digital delivery, which is advertised as available 'same day' is not delivered until midday Monday. Where the truth in advertising ethics sits with this company is unknown.
Do not recommend because product information/promise is not delivered, customer service is uncaring and delivery speed is unacceptable for a digital product.

I sent a really old messenger bag in to have the liner replaced. The fix was completed very quickly and they only charged $25 to to do work. This bag has been used every day for over 10 years, and it is back in like-new condition again.

Companies that stand by their products like this are rare these days.

I sent my bag in for a stitching repair, and the whole thing was covered by the lifetime warranty. I sent my bag in on August 10th and got it back on the 20th. So the turnaround time was quite short.

I’ve bought a vapor sling bag from Timbuk2 and have been using it regularly. The design and quality of the bag is great. There are many pockets to organize small things and the main compartment will fit a mirrorless camera, plus a jacket and have more room to spare. It’s a great design!

I sent my backpack to Timbuk2 for repair, but FedEx ended up losing it on the return trip. Even though the mistake wasn’t theirs, the customer service team — Marlene especially — went above and beyond and sent me a brand‑new replacement. Moments like this remind me just how exceptional Timbuk2 is as a company, and exactly why I’ll keep coming back to them.

My daughter loves the bag. The time it takes to get it due to the custom part of the site drive my daughter crazy, but yet she wants a new one and does not at the end of the day care that it take a little longer to get her bag.

The staff addressed my issue in a timely manner and had great follow-through, they were so understanding and kind!— The fact that Timbuk2 offers a lifetime warranty on their items and will often repair/replace parts is just amazing. Why throwaway a perfectly used bag when it can just be repaired? The lifetime warranty justifies the price as it pays for itself, and the exceptional customer service puts it over the top!

Been buying Timbuk2 product for since 2006. Quality materials, custom ability on some bags, and comfort of the bag over all. I was able to customize my bag and the actual bag I was sent was perfect as to what I ordered/envisioned. LOVE IT!

I have purchased other packs from timbuk2 and the process has always been very easy to find what I need by their descriptions.

A buckle broke - I went to a local Timbuk2 shop and they didn't have a replacement. I had to send in the bag; Timbuktu sewed in a replacement buckle and sent the bag back to me. It took less than a week, and there was no charge.

Everyone I was in contact with was positive and helpful in solving my issue.
