Darrell did an exceptional job of tiling some very bespoke tiles into our new shower.

Blanc Gris' Zellige tiles are very difficult tiles to work with as they are not uniform in anyway and the surfaces are not flat, usually being either concave or convex!

The way Darrell worked with the tiles, understood how to fit them correctly (1mm or 2mm spaces only), and grouted them was superb.

We will definitely get Darrell back in to do more work for us in the future.

We have just had our kitchen floor and extension tiled by Darrell and cannot recommend him enough. He advised us on a number of different aspects and was 100% right every time. He is a complete perfectionist and has done an outstanding job. He was extremely easy to be around and worked around our family commitments, not leaving until the job was perfect. We have already asked him to do our 3 bathrooms and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone we know.

Darrell is a perfectionist and although we wanted to complete the floor quickly his advice and skills have meant we have a beautiful floor that we are really pleased with and gives our new kitchen a real 'wow' factor.
This was a really difficult job with a really uneven floor and supply issues and Darrell worked his way through these for us all of which were not part of the original scope.
Would definitely recommend him.

We’re over the moon with the tiling in our bathroom. Darrell was very professional and his work was of a very high standard. Everything was immaculately done and precise which has given the bathroom a “WOW” factor. Darrell was very friendly and easy to get on with and even my cocker spaniel was pleased to see him. He was very knowledgable and when a problem arose we took his advice. He also helped us find other tradesman which made our life much easier. I will definitely be getting him back to do our downstairs cloakroom and would highly recommend him. He’s a true professional who takes great pride in his work.

We’re so delighted we got Darrell to come and refit our bathroom! Excellent quality work - peace of mind knowing it’s a job done properly with high quality materials. Darrell is very easy to get on with, chatted to the whole family while he was here, very honest and trustworthy. Knows what he’s talking about - happy to take his advice when questions arose. He used a couple of other tradesmen to fit some items (radiator and flooring) who were also lovely and did a high quality job. Darrell is such a nice, friendly person to have in the house so we always feel comfortable when he's here which is a bonus as that can't be said about everyone when you have people working in your home.

Darrell's work is of a very high quality and the end result has been great both times that we've used him (so far he's done our kitchen floor and ensuite tiling). We've had an extension so have a few more jobs that we will be using him on again in the near future. I would be extremely reluctant to use someone else now that we are used to his standard of work.

Darrell is a tidy worker and always cleans up after himself. He is extremely knowledgeable about tiling and also other trades that he's had experience of so we've picked his brains on a few things and he has helped us and given advice on a few little issues.

Overall we are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are now nearing the end of a large extension/renovation project, during which Darrell has tiled both of our bathrooms and our large kitchen/dining area.
Having been in our house for 17 years, we've had numerous tradesmen working for us over 2 previous extensions and bathroom fittings, and have never had one I felt I could trust so implicitly.
Darrell is conscientious, meticulous and so helpful with advice and knowledge. His tiling is second to none, and the finished result is fabulous! We had marble tiles in our en suite, and travertine on our kitchen floor - I would particularly recommend Darrell if you are considering natural stone tiles as his extensive knowledge ensures they are laid and sealed immaculately.
During his time at our house, I found Darrell to be friendly to the whole family, clean and tidy whilst working and helpful with small tasks (like lifting furniture etc) that I could not have managed on my own.
I do not hesitate to recommend Tilewell and Darrell, and I would never consider getting tiling done by anyone else!

Darrell came to us on recommendation from a friend in the building trade. We had the whole of our downstairs area fitted with underfloor heating and wooden plank effect tiles. His attention to detail was second to none and the finished result is stunning, as well as being competitively priced.

Darrell has completed two very different jobs for us now, tiling two bathrooms, and then quarry tiling the floor of our garden room. Two very different jobs finished to a very high standard with great communication and consideration all through the job. We will be getting him back again!

Darrell has just tiled our bathroom and has done a fantastic job. very much a perfectionist he has paid attention to the little details that many don't, for example, the 'colour coded' grout and and edge trims to match the grey tiles. He completed the job on time allowing the furniture fitting to begin on schedule. A true craftsman of his trade who is proud of his work and rightly so.

Absoulte genuine guy who takes pride in his work. Very happy with the work and the company. Being in the game myself you get know the good trades and Darrell is one of these. Highly recommend
