Would not use this company again
Would not use this company again. Ordered a box of tiles. Charged additional £15 as it was a small order. Tiles totally different to what I was expecting. Had doubts but as was doing job for family member. Took them compared to the existing ones. Even though they insisted they were right. Took them back. They will only take full unopened tiles back. Charged £2.50 for privilege of returning them

We acknowledge your comments but your review is not entirely valid. First of all, You did not purchase a sample tile, which we advise all customers to do as this is the best way for people to see the tiles in person and make a more informed decision.
Our customer service team helped with the delivery charges and refunded the charges straight away as you requested to collect the tiles.
As a good will gesture on the day of collection you were given 2 FOC tiles, We were made aware by our supplier that you and your husband were not 100% sure about the tiles on that day but you decided to take the tiles anyway.
And to finish when you asked to return the tiles, AGAIN as a good will gesture we did not deduct the cancellation charge of £35 from you because you asked to bring the tiles back in person. The charge you speak of for £2.50 is actually out of our hands and is a charge for using your card.
Again we are sorry you felt you needed to leave a negative review but we feel we have been more than helpful and our customer services team has gone above and beyond for you

If you see the reviews on their website, they are cherry picked, try and submit a review yourself and you will see you can't unless they invite you to, and if you have an issue funnily enough you don't get an invite.
I ordered some tiles, just a few packs from tiles360 recently. They were meant to be white tiles however mixed amongst them were some grey ones. Unfortunately we did not notice this as without the grout it was quite subtle under artificial light but as soon as it had been grouted the tiler and I noted the issue. I wrote to them asking for help with this matter and at first I was told I had to wait for the buyer to look into it. I then received a response informing me that the other packs were ok. Well I'm sure that's great for the other customers but I have a wall covered in white and grey tiles that is meant to be white. When I asked what they could do to resolve the issue they offered me some more free tiles. Tiles weren't my issue, I had already told them I had some left over. I was looking for some form of refund as now I have to pay to have someone remove the tiles and reapply the correct ones all due to their poor quality control and or suppliers. When I asked what they could do for me they said and I quote, 'nothing'. I then tried to leave a review on their review site and found out they selected who the reviews came from which honestly wound me up even more. Just utter cowboys and avoid at all costs. On one small plus side, the delivery of the multi-coloured tiles was both prompt and the courier firm guy was lovely. Just a shame the actual tile company is a complete sham

We accept reviews either good or bad on the website as we are unable to as you suggest filter them.
We would just like to point out a few things as mentioned to you in your emails. When you purchase tiles from us as stated in our terms and conditions should be checked within 48 hours of being delivered. As you advised the tiles were not checked by yourself or the tiler and Your email to us was not until the 24th of august 4 days after your delivery we feel we have been quite lenient on the matter.
We would also like to point out, we like to investigate thoroughly any issues which customers report to us because if there is a fault with the tiles from the manufacturer we can take this up with them. And also remove any faulty stock from the website where necessary.
After looking into why you have not got an invite to review this is because the invitations are automated and so your invite has not yet been sent.
Finally the customer service advisors who tried to help you, did not say "nothing" to you. you were offered a replacement box even though you were out of time for reporting and the tiles had already been fitted to your wall, but this was not the answer you wanted as a company we are only able to go so far and they tried their best to help in the best possible way.

I was apprehensive given some of the previous negative reviews. However, my experience was nothing but superb from start to finish I came across them online. I rang their office where the phone was answered very quickly, dealt with a very manner able and efficient lady who answered all my questions.
I went online, placed an order two days later. the tiles arrived exactly as described and exactly as per the online pictures.
After unpacking the tiles, there was issue with four of them being damaged I rang the company the phone was answered by a friendly, polite lady who listened to my complaint asked that I email her pictures of the damaged tile which I did she looked at the pictures agreed with my complaint and sent a new packet of tiles which arrived the following day. - now that’s. what I call great customer service. I later found out that lady was a director of the company answering the phones
I would highly recommend this company. What I would say, in relation to some of the review complaints I’ve seen is that not just for this company but for all online purchases check the terms and conditions of the company in particular check their returns policy and their delivery policy. If there is a 30 day return policy, then there’s no point trying to return tiles after that point equally if they have a fixed rate for delivery, there’s no point making a small order then moaning about the cost of delivery which will be relatively high

Terrible Customer Service!
Just do not use this company! We've been burned twice by them. Horrible customer service and zero accountability for any issues. Recently did up our kitchen and used their tiles; we contacted them to return two boxes of unopened tiles, within the return window, and they will not take them back because they have discontinued the item. Super rude and unhelpful!

We are sorry to see you felt the need to leave a negative review about our service. You requested a return of 2 boxes of tiles outside the 30 day returns period which we couldn't accept due to this also being a product that had been discontinued by the factory. We offer one of the most generous returns policy of online tile retailers but to ensure we are able to resell the retuned tiles, they must be a current stock item and the same batch/shade of those in stock. At no point were customer services rude to you. All communication was conducted via email and I believe it is more a fact that you didn't like we would not accept a return on this occasion.
Great tiles fast delivery
I nearly didn't order from this place, despite them being the only store that had the exact tiles I wanted because of one review on here.
I am glad I took a risk, tiles arrived on time and are beautiful.

You’ll get a batch of products that state they are black and the next batch will be a totally different shade of black and there’s ‘nothing they can do about it’
Delivery also a massive rip off.

We are sorry to see you have felt the need to give a bad review. As explained to you before, there was 12 months between your original order and you requiring more. Tiles are manufactured in "batches" like paint and other products of a simular nature. A batch only has a certain shelve life and it was not possible to match the same batch number from your original order to the extra box your required. We advised you of your rights to return your second order but you did not want to do this. Although we sympathised with your situation, Tiles360 was not at fault and therefore could not offer you the compensation you requested.
