The sample received had no imperfections. The imperfections received when the order was delivered was shocking.
The tiles are misdescribed on the website. Customer Service say:- This is the intended design of the tile to give it a worn /rustic appearance. I can’t see this being mentioned on the website. The glaze was very patchy towards the outer edges of 75% of the tiles

Great experience of being sent 3 free samples to look at. They arrived promptly. I would have preferred 3 from the same range Arizona green which had quite a colour variation between tiles which wasn't offered. Only one doesn't help with the choice very well.

The samples we ordered came very promptly. Unfortunately they weren’t quite what we were looking for, however the quality was excellent

The company provided free sample tiles sending them quickly and well packaged. This will make it easier to make a decision re tiles we may purchase.

Having had a selection of tile samples, I have made the decision to use the one from tiles360. When the tiler has measured up, I will be putting in the order.

Sample tiles arrived unbroken but I was expecting a full tile sample not a small section. Difficult to image the actual size with what was delivered, but I could colour match well.

Excellent customer service, I had a query and they were very helpful. Next day delivery and the tiles were great, not one breakage. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered some large format tiles and they were delivered by courier. Unfortunately 1 tile was damaged. I took photos of the box that was slightly damaged and the chipped tile and emailed them to tile360. Within a flash they responded and offered a refund or a new tile sent. I opted for a replacement tile and they sent a whole box! And none were damaged this time. Fantastic customer service, well done

out of 7 samples i ordered 3 arrived broke in half 3 were chipped with the peices in the jiffy bag only 1 was whole and complete,how could i trust to get any order for tiles to me complete and not damaged

The promptness in supplying samples and quality of of the product

I was expecting full tiles for the samples and just got small cuts which was disappointing

I ordered four or five boxes of tiles and all seemed very efficient until they were delivered when I found that the majority of them were cracked! However, these things can’t be helped and when I contacted Tiles360 they were very helpful and arranged a new delivery and collection of the broken ones immediately. The delivery man was very nice and helpful as well, I’m sure that it was not his fault that they were broken. The next thing that happened was that my Tiler managed to forget where he had put one of the new boxes 🙄 and asked me to order one more box. He then discovered where he had put it and when I messaged Customer Services, they replied straight away with the cancellation and refund so their Customer Service is really first class - thank you!

The tiles arrived in perfect condition, we’ve had 17 boxes of these tiles split over different deliveries and none of the tiles have been damaged at all. The tiles themselves are BEAUTIFUL and of a really high quality. Delivery was super quick too. Would definitely order from again.
