I had to leave 1 star as I wouldnt be able to leave a message without. I am very disappointed with the customer service from Thomas Earnshaw. I have a 2 year warranty on the watch I purchased after a year I had problem with the watch gaining time, I contacted the company support team who were very quick to react and advised I contact their repair centre (Mistal) I did this and did get good service from this company unfortunately my watch was never fixed, now 7 months later and 4 times the watch was sent back for fixing I have a watch that now gains between 1 and 2 hours a day, I have emailed Thomas Earnshaw advising how I have worked with them to solve my problem however this has not been achieved and I have requested a new watch as mine is not fit for purpose, I have been informed that as I have had the watch over a year they will not replace it so the 2 year warranty dosent mean a thing! I would suggest avoiding buying a watch from this company. very very poor warranty service.

Absolutely poor watch build quality, mine was delivered losing 10 minutes per day and 6 months later would not manually adjust. Model 8011.

Have to send in for service. This is the bill.

The second hand of my watch fell off during the first day of use. The quality of these watches is just garbage.

Absolute rubbish. Cheap Chinese made tat, don't be fooled. Also, they look ridiculous. These watches are over priced by about 90%.

Not good watches.alot are Japanese /China movements. When these watches are advertised on a certain channel the information on time pieces is very limited. They never tell you what engine or movement that powers the time pieces. Thomas earnshaw watches are in general cheap pieces that are sold for an over the top price. I will say this.there are a few and I mean a very few that are any good.ie Swiss made pieces yet still over priced.you most do your homework when it comes to purchasing a time piece.hope this helps....

I purchased the watch 31st of January 2022 after five weeks the watch strap clasp broke through no fault of my own I contacted Thomas earnshaw To be told the watch strap it’s not covered by the guarantee and they wanted to charge me a further £68 to fix and put a new one, and I would have to pay for the postage as well I think it’s disgusting that Customer Service was not helpful I would never buy from them again

Beautiful designs but Horrible watch.
Cheaply made.
Broke within 3 weeks.
Watch was always late by a few mins after 1 day.
Storage is only around 20 hours
Warranty is a joke too, only service centre is in Hong Kong.

Since purchasing this watch, I have had repairs done 3 times, which have not made overall improvements to the watch.

My first repair was to clean out iron shavings which appeared inside the watch when being wound up. During this repair, the servicing company (Mistal Time Services) flipped the moving front mechanism of the watch (which was the most beautiful aesthetic part of the watch) without telling me.

After complaining that my watch had been sent back to me with flipped parts, I was told this was being done to all watches that come for repair as the mechanism is known to have problems keeping accurate time in Earnshaw watches and this was supposed to fix it.

However, the watch is still fast by ~5 minutes every 2-3 weeks and now the overall look of the watch is worse than when originally purchased.

My latest repair was in April this year, to replace the glass dome for a scratch and replace the watch strap with a genuine earnshaw strap. Today (October of the same year), I have complained to the repair company as the strap holding parts have completely come apart).

I have spent over £150 in repairs for a watch that cost £319.00 within 3 years. Whilst I'm sure the repair company bears some responsibility for this, I am quite certain that Earnshaw Watches are at fault for providing components that don't work or fall to pieces.

It is a huge shame, as Earnshaw Watches look fantastic I receive a lot of comments about the watch when I am wearing it. But I have not been able to recommend it to a single person due to the issues I have faced.

I PURCHASED A WATCH AFTER SEEING THE ADD .THE WATCHES WERE NICE AND REASONABLE VALUE.HOWEVER IT CAME IN A CHEAP CARDBOARD BOX AND NOT THE WOODEN ONE ADVERTISED .WHEN I CONTACTED EARNSHAW THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED AND SAID THAT THEY DON'T SEND THEM OUT IN WOODEN BOXES ANYMORE .
IF THAT'S THE CASE THEY SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR AND NOT ADVERTISE THE NICE WOODEN BOXES AS PART OF THE DEAL .WON'T BE BUYING ANOTHER WATCH FROM THEM.

I have purchased a few of their so called collectors watches. Whilst the watches are ok I am not that happy that a watch you may pay £520 for is within a year being sold for £129.00. If this company itself does not hold any value to their products then who will. It is obvious that if you pay full price for one of their watches you are being ripped off. I now find that two watches that I really liked and paid over £1000 for are now being sold on their own website for £129.00. The second hand resale value of these watches would now be next to nothing. I now look to brands like Seiko, Orient, MWC for watches and as a result of Thomas Earnshaws marketing and valuing of their own products I would also avoid purchasing any of their sister brands such as Spinnaker.

Scammers, beware.
I purchased a watch from them. Came broken. In the contact section you can't find an email or telephone number.

Oh I bought a watch Beaufort.
Back on the rotor doesn’t stay the number of the jewels like on the other watches.
It came without the card off authenticity.
The dial is moving.
I am extremely disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic watches. I have owned the Longcase Grande skeleton in emerald green for a month, and it is the nicest watch that I have ever owned! Professionalism, quality and elegance is really the essence of this company. I have received so many compliments on my watch, and this has led to many of my friends purchasing their own Thomas Earnshaw watch. They have so many different designs that there will always be one perfect for you. Lovely watches at an amazing value!

I have great love for watches and Earnshaw watches is one of the few watches I will wear when I'm out performing and singing in public. Professional service and good quality. They provided me with a tracking number when I ordered from them last year and the watch arrived on time.

I love the fact that the watch bares my hometown's name, Vancouver.

Purchased one this companies watches was lovely watch worked well then one day an internal gold baton fell off into watch all was fine company told me to send to their repairers at my own cost which was ok even as it was under warranty I thought they should pay postage it was supposed to be a good quality watch but when it was returned that same day the watch stopped working it stopped ,was slow and did not keep time I sent email to repairers they said not their responsibility,have tried contacting Thomas earnshaw have had responds as of yet so I do not recommend this companies watches I even included photo of watch and repair invoice
