Had a new Inverter, Multi-Foil Loft Insulation and a Voltage Optimiser fitted. The service was quick and the fitters were very professional. It was all explained well. They cleaned up after themselves. The benefit of the extra insulation is already evident even though we have not had any cold weather.

Team arrived about 3 hours late, apologising profusely. However, they quickly got on with the task and completed after about one and a half hours later. Equipment seems to be performing normally, so no complaints.

On scheduled day Staff actually communicated and asked if ok to come earlier than booked time.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Problem resolved and hopefully will not recur.

Technicians turned up on time, were efficient and helpful, tidied up afterwards. Company monitor battery and were quick to advise of a problem and sort it out.
Would recommend them.

The second engineer did an excellent job. The first engineer completed the survey. However unsure why it required two visits to do the whole job.

you efffiently fitted a new inverter with minimum fuss. I was sad that missed nearly two month of generation as it was quite sunny. it is sad that I was the one who reported the fault and would have liked a quicker fixing of the problem. Sais la vie

The team sent to clean and test my solar panels and battery installation were polite, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. What's more, they were extremely efficient, and did a first rate job. Couldn't ask for more!

Both employees were courteous and hard working. They explained how the system worked and nothing was to much for them. They explained that the ap on the phone would show how thing were and that it was possible to put it on the computer which they did for me.

had a problem with my heat pump phoned tgpartners & they sent an engineer within a couple of days diagnosed the fault & ordered a new part.they returned 23 sept & replaced the part. 2 different engineers but both polite & helpful.highly reccomend

Unbelievably, even after asking this company to leave my friend alone, they persist in coming back. This company installed a new solar system, pretending to be from EON, which is a lie, replacing a perfectly working solar system which had only been put in months earlier, their excuse being that it is my friends fault for not telling them the system was new, why would they replace a system without testing to see if a replacement was necessary? They know that this person is vulnerable and they persist in coming round and selling other add ons which are not required, as everything has been surveyed by an electrical engineer and they have confirmed that the new system, though not required, did not need changing again. A woman was originally spoken to by myself and asked to stop preying on him, then a gentlemen, who told me his name was Harry Imran went out today to try and extort further funds. This company preys on the vulnerable, even knowing how to get around Bank systems in order to get the money when the Bank says no!! Thankfully my work mobile records conversations as this will be useful when talking to trading standards.

You are very slow to respond to ongoing problems. Not keeping the customer informed or up dated about the problem in hand.

Happy with installation , but it took up to 4 cancelled appointments by think green partners.

The engineers quickly installed the new dongle and re-set my monitoring device. They showed the effectiveness of TGP as a cutting edge company.

Took out a 10 year plan for our solar panel system promised 48hrs response on any brakedown of equipment and replacement if needed cost £3600 which they wanted the first visit so appointment made for the system to be checked over panels cleaned lad's turned up late for appointed time but must admit they let me know about delay wanted part of the system renewing but hadn't got the part on the van will order it and fit it next week following week got a call from TGP office "the vans broken down" hopefully be with you later in the day or tomorrow no one showed up rang the TGP office rebooked for following week day comes again no show rang TGP office oh your rebooked for next month now as if it doesn't matter because our system wasn't heating our water we was struggling and informed them it wasn't good enough and I wanted the replacement part fitted and working by the end of the week appointment made for end of the following week which was achieved so now all back to normal wait for next years service no out of the blue whilst we was at a family celebration on a Sunday evening gets a phone call from TGP a surveyor will visit tomorrow carry out a check on the building can't get technician out to do repairs in 48hrs but can get a surveyor here unannounced in under 12 hours when surveyor turned up I informed her I wasn't happy about the short notice and that I had not signed up for this service just for the solar system to be looked after and to inform her office of my concerns one month later another call from TGP wanting to book another surveyor told them just had one done don't need another that was 2 weeks ago yesterday Sunday again another phone call from TGP wanting to make an appointment for yet another surveyor by now I am getting a bit stressed so told them I don't want to see another surveyor "oh I'll put you down for next year" we'll see what happens next but if I get anymore unsolicited calls from TGP I'll be contacting my solicitor for harassment so pros and cons of TGP workmen that visit are polite cons they sell you a plan then try to arrange other work at vastly inflated prices which won't be happening on my property as I have my own builders so if I know now before taking out a plan with TGP I would definitely shop around unless things change I will not be renewing

Very helpful and a good job done

Very helpful advisers whenever I contacted the company & if they needed to call you back they always did. The installers were very professional, there was a problem connecting the inverter to the internet which needed about 5 visits trying different things until the problem was solved but they came with no complaints until they got it to connected, can't fault their professionalism.
