quick and simple transaction a little pricey but worth it

It was very easy to talk to someone when we had questions. The table was ready when expected. The delivery guys were great. Most importantly, the table is beautiful. 96" Meredith table in Autumn, sandblasted. The quality is much better than the tables we thought about buying from retail stores - and a better price!

Darcy Bellamy was absolutely amazing. Her patience with us as we walked through the process, explaining the variations in product and guiding us to our table was outstanding. We are very thankful to have someone like Darcy to help us.

Excellent buying experience, however the website needs some work. ie description pics of each available material should be represented. When looking in the cart it is hard to discern the actual table you put in the car because it automatically defaults to the original table settings.

We were hesitant to purchase such a large item without seeing it in person, but after months of not finding what we were looking for in our kitchen table we decided to take the leap. WOW!! We are so glad we did. Our first impression was on how well the table was packaged and we were blown away by how beautiful and well built the table was. Completely satisfied with our new table.

Darci has been a great help in helping me find the table we wanted. She is very responsive and very customer service oriented. Highly recommend dealing with her if you are considering a product from the Table Company.

The table is beautiful. Not quite what I ordered as this has two live edges but I would have ordered it that way if I had the opportunity to see them first. The quality is amazing and everyone who has seen it has commented on how much they like it.

I was very nervous about buying online without seeing the product in person. I requested samples which helped with choosing a finish and color. When I decided to take the chance and purchase, the product was in stock and shipped within a week. I had a little trouble with the delivery as they said my order was “forgotten to be put on the delivery truck” and was scheduled for the following day. I did receive my table the next day and the delivery company assembled the table and took away the boxes. I’ve had it for more than a month now and am still loving it!

So happy with our live edge side table from The Table Company! Customer service is excellent. Darci was very helpful, making sure to stay in contact with me and also sent samples of the finishes. We waited about two months, but we knew that before we purchased. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and the care they took in packaging and shipment. Also very easy to assemble. Love the table! Definitely a quality piece of furniture. Darci’s communication was excellent - even reminding me to request shipment, as I was delaying delivery until my new home was finished. Delivery and assembly was very good as well! I was a little concerned about ordering some thing from the Internet site unseen, but I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the table itself. It’s beautiful. Sadly- the wait was so much longer than anticipated and with long periods of no communication, I was worried the website was a scam after my final payment was submitted and not tracking info was provided for several weeks - so I was relieved when it arrived.

Table delivery service did not unpack item or bring inside, even though the delivery slip said CEVA White Glove Assembly - just left by front door. It was SO much heavier than expected. Took three adults to move it inside. I would guess delivery service didn’t follow through with bringing item inside because they only sent one person and it was too heavy for a single person to safely lift.

After getting burned by another online company, I found The Table Company after extensive google searching. I emailed for wood samples which arrived very quickly. There was an issue where the delivery company only sent one person to deliver the table, which needed to be carried up the stairs, which The Table Company could not be held responsible for. From ordering to receipt and after receipt of the table I was in direct communication which set me at ease. The best part was the table was amazing and much better quality than large retailers like West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc.
