Do not believe Ken he takes your money and you will never see any product. He moves starts up again and steals your money.

Painful to state that after paying Ken Phillips a $2000 deposit in june 2024 for a handmade teak table, almost a year later, no table and no deposit return.

Things started off great but ended on bad terms. We saw their ads on social media and came in and both Ken and Ad were great to deal with initially. We ended up buying a few tables and bench from them. They promised to throw in a free bench at no charge so we were very happy. Unfortunately, that was the end of the pleasant moments. They continued to delay on delivery for months. They will often confirm a delivery date with us and then never show up without a word. When the items did come, they had the incorrect finish and legs. We took them anyways because we were just happy to receive anything after 3 months of waiting. Also wanted to note that we never received that bench they included in the invoice. When I brought it up they just said it's in the next container. This was back in August 2024. I would have paid extra at another location for better service and not go through this experience.

Beware of this company and the owner Ken Phillips!!! They are dishonest and when they can't provide what you ordered, they will refuse to refund your money. This is by far the worst purchase experience I've ever had. I had to have my credit card company intervene and finally was able to get my money back through the dispute process.

I visited the US office of The Table on September 29, 2023, and was impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly team who assisted us in selecting a desk, table, and bench. This positive experience led us to place an order.

However, post-purchase communication regarding our order status was lacking. Initially, we were patient, assuming busyness on their part. Our first inquiry about shipping status on October 4, 2023, was met with a promise of an update within two days, but it required several follow-ups from us to receive a response. On November 4, we were told to expect an update early the following week. By November 21, the response shifted to a mid-January 2024 delivery date.

Our excitement for the solid wood furniture waned due to these delays, and we requested a cancellation and refund on November 21. The company replied that cancellation was not possible as the order had already been produced and would be shipped in the next few weeks.

Further inquiries on December 27, 2023, and January 11, 2024, revealed additional delays due to "unforeseen production issues," contradicting their earlier statement that our items were already produced. As of today, January 28, 2024, we still haven't received any updates or a new estimated arrival time, as promised on January 11.

While I understand that delays can happen, consistent and proactive communication is crucial. The conflicting information about the production status of our order has been particularly confusing and disappointing.

Absolutely stunning!!! It arrived well packaged and without any damage. This table is solid teakwood and very heavy. The legs arrived in a separate box.
They are also heavy but very easy to attach to the table top. This table is definitely a showstopper!
The quality and workmanship is absolutely incredible. The natural color variations, texture, and live edge make this the most gorgeous table I've ever seen. It's definitely worth every penny.

The table is a 5 star quality. However the window for it to be delivered has alot to be desired. I had to wait 5hrs and 45 minutes for the delivery. So when odering be remindful of this because it can be frustrating. Also the communication from the delivery company needs to be improved.
