THEY DO NOT LIKE THOSE WHO WIN MONEY!!!

I’ve been a member for a long time never lost in this casino always won money on the roulette. All of a sudden they emailed me to say my account has been restricted and I should send in my Bank statements payslips etc etc

WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!’

i'm sorry but this casino is absolutely pathetic, i'm an avid gambler and spend A LOT of money on slots, i can afford it... i have spent £1k on this site, the first £100 or so i was doing higher value spins, but the remaining £800 or so i spent solely on 10p spins because something just doesn't feel right about their games. i literally did not win a single penny. not a single bonus game. nothing.

it would be funny if it wasn't so utterly pathetic. i urge you to stay away from this casino because you will not win. the whole point of a casino is that you have at least some chance of winning, but they have definitely done something to their rtps and win rates, i don't know what or how, but over 8000 or so 10p spins i did not win once.

just highly suggest using a different casino, ANY casino but this one... like w t f. i've now self excluded w them because admittedly i do like to gamble a little bit too much and when i hit my deposit limits on other sites i am inclined to deposit with sun vegas, i don't mind spending money, but with this site i know i will get absolutely nothing back lol, pointless

Promotions are a waste of time you will win jack, terrible customer service try other websites with decent chances

This is a big yoke I'm have 8yers
Account with sun and to last year
They don't have problems with my account
Is bull shit now the rescued my id I'm send them try million times my passport
Now have issue is expressed and you make
I'm don't have words only say they this casino is rubbish now

never won a single thing spend so much, bonus stuck at 99% never pop, spend over 500, 1k, doesnt matter, it refused to pop, no matter how much u spins

i play on other sites and they pop, here bonus will never activate, warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all bonus cash you earn from free daily spins, cannot be used until you spend all of it, which prioritize your money first, all scams

its rigged

Customer service is beyond a joke spent 5 days getting nowhere if I could give minus stars I would have quick to take money then demand copies of every personal document possible only thing they've not asked for is a dna sample !! And still don't address issue really not acceptable on ant level

Do not go near this site and company. They take days to reply to emails. Sit on documentation and refuse to allow you to withdraw money. I requested a withdrawal and then after waiting two days it was cancelled by them and put back into the SunVegas account.

Do not play I'm not going to waste time talking how bad this site is well over 350 pound at 1 pound stake not a bonus spoke with someone on chat and sent emails but they don't care all you get in repose is it's random not a chance

Never again £300 4 bonuses ready it didn’t happen is a ripoff don’t play

Deliberately obscure which slot games are needed to be played for specific bonuses. No link in the bonus section and no way to navigate to the correct selection. The T+C's make no sense of the applicable games and customer support were useless with irrelevant comments and silly ^^ emojis.

Can be fun sometimes , but on some days you will spin and lose without winning a single penny

Well, What a joke of a site. £140 in deposits and not even a win over £10. Its like this is setup just to rip you off. Worst site I've ever used!!

Excellent site very fast payouts albeit I only win small amounts every win is a win though 👍 Happy to continue using Sun Vegas hopefully I’ll get lucky with a couple of bigger wins soon it’s all for fun. Really enjoyed playing the slots.

0.00.0(0) with this one I close my gambling career is not worth it of your time and money any online casino!!!!!!! Is all a scam, if you win in 2/10 casinos you are very lucky and they all tell you is regulated!!! The only way to beat casino is not giving them our money. Don’t gamble you will never win, that’s why casinos make billions!!!.

Joke company, don’t let you know if you are using your own money or bonuses, thought I was spending bonuses turns out it was my own money

They need to change the name in "never pay back" or "max 2x"....disgusting....never play again and i don't recommend....just if you want to lose money

I have put so much money into this site yes I had some wins but after two years of playing I deposit £25 and then my account gets blocked before I can even play it used the same card I always have and now I have been told it’s been closed with no option of reopening and I’m still fighting to get my £25 back as a bingo caller so knowing the gambling laws this is unfair and unacceptable I will be continuing this fight for my money and if I do not get it back I will be contacting the gambling commission

Tried for one month now, £30 a week, last two weeks, £30 spent on one slot, not one win! So £60 in total without a single win. Will not be depositing any more. First two weeks, were not much better. Has to be the lowest paying casino on the net.

Crap site takes but never pays out

Bonuses are the worst I've ever seen, you have to launch a full scale investigation to find out where you can even use them, tried the games the AI chatbot said I can use it on but there's no bonus there, also my 100 free spins is apparently cancelled for no reason (no withdrawal, rtp is too bad) daily spin says spin here after deposit but takes you to a long list of terms and conditions with no spin at all
