All good - test took slightly longer
Very good service, email queries responded to within a couple of hours, very competitive testing prices - my test was £55 including postage compared to £70 and this test is rare. Some other screening panels not widely available. The only niggle is that the test results took 3 days to arrive instead of the 36-48 hour target.

We are glad to learn that you were happy with the service.
Results for this panel are usually next day, but the genetics lab that runs this particular assay does not report on Saturdays or Sundays. This means that samples arriving on a Friday (as yours did) will not usually report until the Monday. I will make sure this is clear on the website. We are however open 7 days a week and most other test results do report on Saturdays and Sundays.

Excellent service and very caring…
Excellent service and very caring staff. The team was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I had an issue where my parcel was not received by the lab, but they followed up immediately and resolved the problem very quickly. Their communication and support made everything stress-free. Highly recommend this STI clinic for their efficiency and client care.

Great service
I have used the STI clinic a few times for ureaplasma tests. The tests are quick to arrive in post and are always reported on within 48 hours of receipt.

Vaginitis test
I used The STI Clinic for a vaginitis test. The test kit was despatched promptly. The online account is easy to access results and the results were easy to understand (and easy to share further with a medical professional if needed). I called the clinic during the week for an update on when my results would be published. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. Nice to have access to a phone number to speak to a member of staff, as well as the online account. Great service, thank you.

Very fast service
Very fast service! The only reason they get a star off is because the instructions shipping with the kit advise to take the finger prick on the side of the finger rather than the top, going against most advice I found online. Indeed I did it and it sucked! Had to do a second prick the right way.

We recommend the side of the finger near the top as there is less sensitivity there, but also a good supply of capillaries. This does not work for everyone, and the top can be used if there is difficulty extracting from the side. We are always on hand to provide support if you require help with any of our instructions.
