First to view property, liked and agreed on the asking price got solicitors to draw up contract after confirmation that the house was ours, next squareroom would not give us the other parties solicitors information, they phoned us back to say the house has sold at the same price to someone else ... We found out that they deferred our sale as we had sold ours privately and the other buyers where selling with square room, so they where getting two commissions instead of one.. Very deceitfull and underhand tactics.. Definitely would not recommend.
We will definitely not use this company due to there underhand tactics, buying from them or selling, that statement alone is enough to deter warranted credibility.

Wasted 4 weeks of our time overvaluing our property and giving us false hope that they would "sell the house within a week". Had the cheek after our 4 week contract to say its not cost us any money. We have to pay the elec/gas water rates and insurance and mortgage while the property is vacant and this has put us back 4 weeks while we have the property re-valued. Also the viewings only take 15 mins and the people showing the viewings didn`t seem interested in getting the house sold.

The Square Room when they can be bothered to answer the phone and you book viewings and make an offer (OF THE ASKING PRICE) on a house only to get a call to say do you want to offer more as there is another customer who wants the property do you want to bid higher. I think it’s a disgrace since the advert did not say offers above??? but the asking is !!!

Excellent estate agents with very competitive prices.

Handled the sale of our probate property with much care and attention and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

IMO this company isn't completely transparent with it's prospective buyers.
It seems they only allow 15 mins to view a property but don't tell you that when you book a viewing. So when you get there they whizz you around the property as fast as they can.
I've spent more time in a car showroom deciding to buy a car worth £2,500 - never mind a property worth £250,000 !!

Was told we would be accepted even though on benefits due to illness so we traveled to see the property. Upon filling the application in and waiting a day we got denied, as suspected with so many agents we apply to we get denied over and over as we are a semi large family as there is no other reason for the denial unless face does not fit.

There should be a law against this behaviour the way agents lie and are so discriminating.

Property still available and will be contacting the landlord direct to make them aware of the situation with discriminating letting agents.
