What a horrible experience. I ordered a check on hot pink suitcase they said they shipped it to me via UPS. They sent me a tracking number. When I email to find out where it went, they said that they handed it off to UPS. UPS according to the tracking number had not received it. We went back-and-forth. About six weeks later somebody from the company finally called me and said they would get it out to me. So here we are another week and a half later. I come back from vacation. Of course this is the vacation that I ordered the suitcase for but didn’t have it. What do I have? I have a purple roll on. Yes, not a hot pink check on. So I just sent him an email. We’ll see how long it takes him to fix it this time. What idiots and piss poor customer service!

Quiet response and recommend great realtor.
They helped a lot to understand and make quick decisions for Crazy Edmonton housing market.

Cathy is rude, nasty and does not have the customer's best interest at hard. Forces people into contracts that are totally unfair and possibly unlawful. Stay away!

He’s a very nice individual not only was he an incredible five star realtor we struck up a conversation and hopefully will you will continue as friends to have conversations with. I trusted him I depended on him. His integrity and ethics were all intact. He always listened And he also provided feedback I would recommend Davian Medina to anyone. He’s five star agent in Florida. I haven’t sold my home yet in Illinois but so far Brent Wilkes has been doing very well as well. Once I saw my home in Illinois. I’m sure friend will also receive five stars .

I highly recommend Nobul and the agent that we worked with. Spencer Rivers knows the business and what the client wants. He listens and is respectful. He is amazing at his job! He made the process easy.
He was able to get us what we wanted from the listing price and he dealt with the buyers to accommodate their wants and ours. We were able to have a buyer within three days of listing and also purchased our next property with him. I highly recommend Nobul!

My realtor did not meet his commitment of the promised 0.4 % cashback. He outrightly refused to honour his part of the deal of giving back 0.4% commission as cashback.

I raised the issue with Nobul & they took it up with him. The realtor refused & his brokerage also refused to honour their commitment.

Finally Nobul gave me the remainder of the cash back in the form of gift card.

The realtor has been delisted from the platform.

Thankful to Nobul that they kept their part of the promise.

The realtor matching system and database is really effective and helped us find the best realtor in the area where we wanted to purchase.

Speaking to people I don't know, or ever met, but feel like I've known you for years, especially Dionne, thanks to Assiniboia, Century 21 REAL Estate, and the Nobul, and a shout out to Cindy, Very nice people, sincerely Ian.

The website was was able to find me a good agent that I was very happy with. My only disappointment was with the website itself. I would get an email about a survey then when I click the link it would take me to the general page. The website is incoherent.

My experience with Nobul was not good at all,
First realtor never did contact me or showed up,
I waited 3 days to get a response from whoever I did talk to
Bad experience
I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

I have read recommendations of NOBUL. As per my consideration I see they provide nice service.

Nobul was quick and prompt with matching me with my realtor. Teresa Macri who was amazing and worked for us. We had a bad experience with a previous realtor and we looked at a ton of houses. We looked at only 2 homes with Teresa and we found our home.

The recommendations sent by nobul was helpful and we found the right realtor for us through nobul.
