Really impressed with this company. The whole process was great - prompt communication to arrange delivery, speed of delivery, competitive price of item.
I had never heard of the sleep shop prior to this order but will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I bought a mattress recently from this shop , not a big name but read the reviews on here , they were good so went ahead with purchase, received a phone call about delivery date the next day after I placed the order, delivered on time , well packaged , as experience was good i bought a 2nd mattress the following week

Our new bed was delivered within a couple of weeks, the old bed was removed and the new one assembled be two really nice men. They were pleasant and friendly also professional at their job. The bed, so far, is great it’s nice and comfortable.

A lovely chap from your team called to confirm our order and to advise that you offer a service to take away our old mattress and deliver the new one to a room of our choice - we thought this was great service! The delivery person was so helpful and friendly and we were followed up the day after to ensure everything was ok with our delivery. The staff were so friendly , I was informed when to expect my order of two single beds ,they arrived on time and were easy to build up , very pleased with them ,the whole transaction was made enjoyable by the personal service of the staff, Thankyou .

Brilliant bunkbeds, bolt less was so easy to put together. Slight delay at first order, which did worry me a little but was kept in touch and delivered as advised

I am delighted with my new mattress and the delivery was excellent. As they couldn’t get the van down my street, the gentleman carried the mattress down the road and on seeing that I am injured, offered immediately to carry the mattress upstairs. Both gentlemen were jovial, polite and I couldn’t have asked for more.

We bought two beds, the sales lady talked us through the selection they had and prices etc. Not pushy though. We selected two and they were delivered the same week. The delivery drivers carried them upstairs and assembled them.
2 nice comfy beds. Happy customers, would definitely recommend and use again.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the Sleep Shop. The ordering process was straightforward and a very nice touch with the follow up phone call regarding delivery of the mattress.
In fact so impressed that I bought another mattress for our spare room.

This review is only in relation to the sleep shops own branded mattresses. After just over a year of ownership of a comfort supreme and following the care guidelines the mattress must have internally failed. We are not heavy people yet it permanently concaved significantly on each side that we slept, and the top seems to start to wobble separately from the bottom half. You can feel area which are permanently lower than others. Faults as these not covered by warranty. Buy cheap you buy twice. Good delivery though!

The delivery driver was very helpful he brought the headboard inside for me. It arrived quite soon after ordering and they updated me frequently. Would have given 5stars but the finish could have been better, there is a join that doesn’t quite meet and is noticeable so my husband will have to sort that.

We have always used the Sleep Shop in Sleaford to buy our beds and mattresses. The sevice is superb from ordering to delivery. We were particularly impressed this time with yhe 2 delivery men who had to get the heaviest mattress up the tight staircase into the bedroom; there was much heavy breathing 😂 I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them
